Although no city without an area like this, but whoever has been in PH city and took a tour around the town would know these are not true pictures of Port Harcourt.

This is too dirty, everywhere except the prison fence. I wonder how where you called the Garden City could be this dirty whiIe I can't imagine how dirty your ghetto will be. The Gov supposed to declare a day sanitation before the lockdown. Sincerely, this is disgusting
