You can't compare a man's slap to a woman's slap. If I slap you, you will shake it off, but if you slap me, I may lose a few teeth in the process.

So female on male violence is fine?

Not cool

The issue of cheating is a big one for me. If we are committed to each other and promise to stay faithful to each other then the man goes out to cheat and society tells me that “men are polygamous in nature” that is very terrible especially if the woman is faithful to him.
Why go out to cheat and put your spouse at risk of STDs and disrespect from the cheap LovePeddler you went out to sleep with??

Their era was the best, very sane and meek people they were, whenever I remember what my dad and mum passed through to see that we had a descent and promising life I instantly pray for the reposed soul of dad and long life for mum.

Why, because I don't like cheats, my last boyfriend cheated and I left him, I can forgive any other thing but not cheating.

No kind of violence is cool. If you don't want to get beaten, don't beat.

Most men say this to women but do they forgive cheating wife? Can they stand a cheating wife at all?
When a woman start cheating on the hubby, the next action is how to end the man's life and move on with the concubine. But a man can afford to keep 5 side chicks and still stick to his wife.

He is not going anywhere because you are the emergency back-up smiley. If he is the type that swallows pill to perform, you are left to do with the consequences. STDs? It is you.

It is alright to be in this kinda relationship but the worse thing you can do to yourself is sound like a broken record and try to defend this attitude.

She is being pragmatic just like Hilary Clinton. People are different, strict monogamy works for some people and not so well for others, that is why serial monogamy has become mostly the norm in Europe and North America.

Looks like we come from the same place then. I heard sometimes when a woman cheats , her husband's head gets swollen and it will continue in that state till he dies if he keeps eating her meals.

Lol...

To hell with stupid traditions.

It is still no excuse for the dogs among men to break their marriage vows by dipping their wayward preeks into every hole that drips moisture. And for you single ladies, stay away from people's husbands. Don't be unfortunate.

It is sad that we are living in a patriarchal society where the odds are deliberately stacked against women. What is sauce for the goose is poison for the gander. Where I come from, a cheating man can commit adultery and get away with it, but a cheating woman will endanger the lives of her husband and children if she commits same adultery and does not confess. The husband and kids may fall sick and die, or his business may suffer severe set backs if he keeps making love to her and eating her food in her unconfessed state of adultery. I don't know if it is programmed on the day of the traditional wedding or of it is an ancestral covenant with unknown deities.

Whatever it is, it just makes me mad! It is so unfair. There should be equal punishment for adulterers angry

I just laugh when I see some nairaland girls/ladies ranting on how they can't tolerate cheating husband. It's high time you people face reality. You better stay single because once in a life time to say the least, that man would cheat on you.

You got married to a man who is always on business trips, do you go on the business trips with him? Do you accompany him to all this meetings? If you like always place him on video calls to check mate him, if he wants to do a clean one on you, he will.

Beyonce is multi millionaire with one of the most recognizable brands on the planet. What a questtion?

I don't cite these examples you speak of because these women largely do not qualify as powerful.

There are endless examples of indisputably powerful women staying with cheating men. Take Hilary Clinton as another.

Money?
Beyonce doesn't even make the top ten in the world.

Actually, I am not surprised that Beyonce doesn't care about cheating afterall
deviants are a normal part of nature and she ticks the boxes for those kind of
personality.

Second, being "powerful" is irrelevant.

You mentioned Hillary Clinton as if she was unusual.
Hillary was just the wife of the president at that time and it will be
political suicide for her to choose a divorce. It is the same reason
why she eventually dropped her maiden name for Clinton.

To date, only 2 US presidents are divorced, Reagan and Trump even though many of them
are chronic womanizers.
Reagan actually institutes his own divorce.

Anyone who has spent some years in this world knows that powerful men
get away with a lot of things that average men won't whether in regards to
women or other men.

Some men forgive their serial cheating wives, it will be a folly for me to claim that
men forgive their wives when those are exceptions.
The same way it is out of character for enlightened independently powerful women to stick with adulterers.

Are u married dear? If yes , u will know women cheat mostly when they have no feeling or regard for the husband again. But men like Beckam, Rooney, 2face and many of our senators and ministers cheats and still have their wives at every occassion they attend. Mrs Ajimobi said it all. A man will only use those babes to pass time, he knows he has something priceless at home. I'm not actually encouraging cheating but life isn't fair n a married woman will always be at the recieving end. Feminist may think otherwise

I don't understand why someone's opinion hurts yall so much. She don't wanna indulge a cheat. It's her life. When you have daughters, encourage them to put up with community pricks that will give them diseases.
isthatso:

then you will be single..ALL men will cheat at some point in their lives except you marry a bum, some dont need to be prompted, some in the right circumstances. Even when a man is not looking to cheat, if a man is successful women will scheme to get him. you are a female, you know your fellow females!!!
