I don't know much about trademark but I believe since realtor is a dictionary word and not a brandable word like jumia or konga we should be able to use it without problem. I've sold a realtor domain before and I still have another with me: Instantrealtors.com.
Unless it was once a brandable before entering the dictionary.

Although it is better to give a name a more specific description, that way a potential buyer would not have bias or get confused during the selection process. Maybe you can pm the name and I'll come up with a more specific description or tell what category name might fall to.

But it's not necessary if you wish to go with the already suggested descriptions.

Domaining is all about trends and how much you know in the Now... So when i tell you I'm still learning, believe me bro i truly am . Again I'm not even that good oo, just because i come out here to share the little i know doesn't mean I'm that good.... There are Alot of coded silent badass Brandable gurus out there that are way better than me, who are in the background making silent success and way way ahead who are Nigerians. Nah because say i talk (teach or share) make some of una feel say i know something truth be say i no Sabi anything and I'm always humble to learning new things.. Sometimes i question my decisions sef ... So i hope we see it in that light that everyone is still learning and no one is ever full coz this is Domaining and it is Dynamic.

Yeah it does, but no free submission there you need to submit each name with $1(1 BB credit) and then you wait for approximately 35 days for approval unlike Squadhelp where approval is within a couple of days. And if you're unlucky names will get registered before the 35 days is complete.
Although if you start with a New BB Account and attach your PayPal account to the BB account, you get Free $10 BB credit for starter to submit just 10 names.
I recommend you submit already registered names than unregistered ones because of the long wait and to avoid anxiety, depression or regret when the unregistered name gets registered after successfully wait and approval period.
