RuudVanNisteroy:I cannot decide for anyone. But I know people who have made that decision. For example an architect friend of mine is into big level construction and makes over 50 million annually in profit. If he goes to a G7 country, do u think he will make an equivalent amount, when cost of living is taken into account. Do u think he will have similar amount of disposable income? Or my friends who are importers in Lagos who actually dont know what to do with their money anymore. People who make over 5 to 10 million monthly. A consultant at a federal teaching hospitals Nigeria is more likely to hv more disposable income after expenses, than someone in London who will be paying over 2000 pounds for a comparable house to the naija consultant's accommodation. Domt get me wrong. I am not saying one is better than the other. I am personally in UK. And that is my choice. This is especially because of the industry I work in. There is no opportunity for me back home. But my friends and former classmates are in naija, making big money, living larger than me. Although I have 24 hours electricity supply and good roads. Let each person decide for themselves |

Tango123:What is money without security? When you have armed robbers and kidnappers to worry about. Majority of Nigerians have been victims or know someone that has been a victim of armed robbery or kidnapping. You didn't you answer my question. Where are your children most likely to succeed-Nigeria or a G7 country. |

RuudVanNisteroy:Oga u are correct that there is more security in g7 countries. And I too have made the decision to live outside. I am only saying that it is personal decision, and people come to different conclusions. Tony Elumelu and co will tell u naija is better. But then, others will disagree. As for me, my point is let each person decide. Most of those my friends make sure their kids are born outside for the sake of papers. Then raised in Nigeria. Do first degree in Nigeria. And then masters outside. But because they hv citizenship of g7 countries already such as USA, the parents say when they grow up, they (the children) will decide |

Tapout:Out of a population of 200 million people only about 12,000 Nigerians migrate to Canada every year. That is only 0.00006% of the Nigerian population. https://qz.com/africa/1801529/over-12000-nigerians-moved-to-canada-in-2019/

Tango123:The least you can do is offer them an escape plan by getting another passport for them from a G7 country. Nigeria is only for the rich and fantastically corrupt politicians. They are the only ones that can wither the impending storm coming as the population climbs to 400 million people by 2050 based on projections. |

samdavjustin:Everyone gets lonely, we are social creatures. Even celebrities and millionaires. The key is thing is not to let loneliness make you become desperate and settle for someone you are not compatible with or who will later become a liability and make your life a living hell. Many Nigerian women over 30 in Canada travel back to Nigeria to find husbands, which is sad. Either because the men here are not ready to settle down or don't have the finances to start a family. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QPp6iU341Q |

Kekereekun123:Stop with the lies! There are wedding over here between May-June every year and the unions are usually between Nigerians. Who you marry and raise a family with will determine the course of your life. Ask many Nigerians here how long their marriages to non Nigerians lasted. The first 5-10 ten years, where good before their wives woke up one day and they wanted a divorce. A Nigerian girl with stick with you through thick and thin. |

MrBrownJay1:I don't even think they can try it with Lagos island girls, so what makes them think they can do it here and get away with it. |
