Nothing in a visa, but past behaviours of Nigerian men shows it’s risky to go back home and marry one. Their visa scam is so common that the home office has increased the duration of marriage for a permanent stay from 5 years to ten years. It sucks being used for a visa and often times left as a single mother too, even further limiting your chances of ever finding a good spouse.

But on a serious note you are right. Everyone wants to have their way, that's why this same Nigerian men will not see anything wrong with doing housework or running errands for a white woman even though they work and pay the bills at home, but complain if a Nigerian woman asks them to help out with some groceries on the way back from work. Its an elevation thing in the mind. You ass lick the whites or other nationals because you feel inferior to them because of Papers (Citizenships & work permit).

I have a solution for lonely Nigerian girls over there, they should tone their expectations and pick home based Nigerian guys. I think the bolded is the summary of the whole thing. A lady with a good personality will always get someone no matter what. It all boils down to a person's personality.

There are so many Nigerian churches and Nigerian Whatsapp groups over here in Canada where Nigerians can connect with one another (for those who are interested in marrying Nigerians). At least, I know some people who got connected to each other via one of the Nigerian Whatsapp groups I belong to.

From my own experience, I still believe that a lady with a very good personality will always get someone no matter what. However, for ladies who don’t have good personalities and behaviours, they will find it so difficult to get someone because the Nigerian men over here have so many alternatives (i.e. beautiful Asian ladies and so on).
