But the first one became invalid when you eliminated log as if it is a variable connected by multiplication

Why did the other root of the quadratic equation not sanctify the equation?
So it is obvious it is a wrong approach because the..

This is page 1 and 2 of the second solution...

The equation has two solutions which is x=0.155 and x=2

I only did for x=0.1555 before, so I just complete it after the challenge has ended

Solved with Newton Raphson Itenerant Method.

You would have gotten the full amount for this if you had iterated the equation again to obtain the root x=2.
