I don't argue with ignorant folks. Tell a lawyer to go to court and defend cases without being paid. Tell a teacher to teach without pay. Please don't be stupid! Why would you tell someone to make the sacrifices of an office, then get no material benefits for it? Use your brain, please!
Have you ever been a pastor? Become one first before making this childish, scantily thought out statement.
Pastors beyond preaching on the altar, provide counselling services for couples and intending couples. Can you? Pastors support bereaved families and conduct funerals. Can you? Pastors teach basics of life on a weakly basis. Have you studied enough to do this? Pastors motivate broken people on a daily basis to give them some hope to live. Can you?

When people are in deep mess at odd hours, pastors are among the first three people they call. And they are expected to leave their families behind to meet the needs of a total stranger. Can you?

Being a pastor is a calling that deserves pay. Why should I take up your spiritual and moral burdens when I already have mine? Greedy you expect me to do so for nothing and still go out sweating for basic necessities.

Oga. MFM hasn't had any service in Abuja for the past one month in obedience to government directive. This state in particular is not under the FG directed lockdown and their state government relaxed the lockdown rules. So please stop all this hypocrisy of my church obeyed and all that. By the way they obeyed social distancing rules and other preventive measures for covid 19.

Earlier today I attended church service at MFM Regional headquarters in Aba Abia State. Although the Governor Dr Okezie IKpeazu relaxed the lockdown for two days ( yesterday and today )...most top churches in town kept to the rules.

First, on arrival at the gate of the big compound, I was asked to wash my hands and apply hand sanitizer by an official at the gate. Then I proceeded inside, but couldn't get in as 50 worshippers were already seated inside the church duly observing the social distancing rule for COVID-19,

I have to join the others outside with well-spaced chairs. Service was via a live telecast from the headquarters by Dr DK Olukoya

I was impressed with the way the church made sure that everyone followed the rules and what's expected of them

Is it not humbling you..why accuse the preachers. Read the Bible and you will understand that isrealite were humble by God thru plaques despite the prophet's then. So this generation not exempted except we turn and recognize the Master of the universe..
