There are such organisations and yet, thousands of children are found under pedestrian bridges working under pimps who use them for either begging or pick pocketing. Where are those organisations you mentioned located? Why are these kids not off the streets yet? Why are you not involved in the activities of these organisations, perhaps then, you can make a significant difference?

The world we live in doesn't favour kids who's parents can't provide for them. You know this truth. As you are now, if you were approached by these kids begging on the street, one kobo won't leave your pocket. That's the singular behaviour of the average Nigerian who's shouting 'don't abort'. This made me remember a particular thread.

A man said his friend found out that his wife was pregnant and she aborted the pregnancy and he never knew about it. He got to find out when he saw the test result in her car.

Almost, if not 95% of the females on nairaland, came out defending the woman, saying things like

1. The wife must be stressed out.
2. The wife doesn't want to go through the stress that comes with pregnancy again.
3. She doesn't want to be tied down, she probably has some goals she wants to achieve. And so on.

Your Dad is wicked. Heaven will fall if he hears. Your mum will loose her marriage. The guys parents won't send him abroad to study etc. Those are all your thoughts and negative thinking.

See, those are the early signs of fear. Now, you need to calm down. When I mean calm down, you now need to think with your brain and not your heart. Ask yourself some foolish questions.

If what she dies? What would I do? How would I feel? Would I ever forgive myself? etc
