I don’t blame him. He has to put American citizens first. All those millions of people who have become unemployed have to be attended to. Also, nobody goes into national stockpile unless there is an epidemic or pandemic, so Trump admin would not have just literally gone there. There are what we call emergency protocols that when certain things are used, they are replenished by the user because people only go there when the need arises and it was empty.
