I use google maps. I type in the keywords of the domain then see companies, their websites and directions. I also use normal google search from page 1 - 30 , bing search likewise, page 1-30. I hope to use yelp, manta and co in future. I may not always get 150 endusers but i will get 200+ emails. 2 per company.

Hope you've noticed a combination of these search engines bring same and related emails.

Won't it be a bad idea for him to keep that name? Will an EMD with 10monthly searches according to (Searchvolume.io) move? Or will he do outbound for it?

I prefer the Godaddy valuation tool. That is far more realistic and uses pragmatic yardsticks.

Also, try and list the domain first on Dan, Epik and Afternic. If you can't register as it is already registered, find out how much it is registered for. It might not have sold because the price quoted was either too high or poor or no demand.

I registered a domain recently lasvegasDrycleaners.com. I found out it was already listed on Dan and Epik when I tried listing it.

Sending mail limit is my issue. Be like i will suscribe to Gmass premium.

Free version doesn't surpass 50 mail.
