Hear talk. Dangote is a hustler, they, they're not hustler? undecided

No let them hear you o. What motif do you need to buy club? Who cares? Maybe few fans sha, cos I'm sure owners are not exactly concerned.

See castle fans in UK excited about the takeover, you you're here questioning their motif for takeover. Lol

Even United fans would be glad if a Saudi or Qatari moneybag comes for their club

The Newcastle takeover won't be easy, because of allegations against the Saudi Arabias

As poor as ATM ? Are you kidding me ?

Same atm that was rated ahead of all English club for years ?

What do you even know about football self, are you expecting a new team in the game like city to have more dignity than Dortmund that has been a big team for long in Europe ?

Players are not getting younger so you can’t expect all the players who started the project to remain ,David Silva will be leaving as a free agent soon ,he started the project and he has 4 epl medals to his name ,Zabaleta also have epl medals go his name ,kompany also ,Yaya Touré ,there are others who won also and they are old and have left the team ,David Silva is the last man standing ,I just gave you few list of players that started this project and they won something ,so don’t make it look like they didn’t win anything

How many players in the epl right now can boast of 4 epl medals if I may ask ?

If I am not mistaken mancity takeover was 2008 and it didn’t take them more than 3 seasons to be crowned the epl champions

And mind you I don’t want ndidi to go there oooo because I am sure Newcastle won’t even make top 4 in the next 4 seasons grin

The players that started were at the time were Ireland, Dunne, Wright Phillips schiemichel, Adebayo and the others. Mist of them left before Man City started winning trophies.

Understood

But many of them also won trophies , zabaleta ,kompany and co

Dunne left when the project started so he isnt expected to win anything and he was even about 30 then

Ireland left after about 2 seasons when the project started, he isnt good enough to make a star studded team jare

Adebayor left because he wasnt in mancini plans , its so sad adebayor didnt win anything in football apart from copa del rey he won with madrid

“I was blessed and privileged to play with the older ones, the golden generation of Sunday Oliseh and Finidi George, and everybody that was in that set up, in the 2002 Nations Cup.

“Overall one player that was very key and I still think is irreplaceable in the team with his quality is Jay-Jay Okocha because he’s a playmaker. He’s somebody that on his good day can win you a game on his own.

“As my teammate, the things that I saw him do in training, some people didn’t see that in the game, he’s unique, he’s phenomenal,” Yobo told Nigeria Info FM Port Harcourt.

I read the arguement and debate about who the better player is between Mikel and Ndidi.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mikel Obi (2005 - present)
Age = 33
Total appearances = 455
Total goals = 11
Total assists = 18
Goal ratio = 0.02 goals per appearance
Assist ratio = 0.04 assists per appearance

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ndidi (2014 - present)
Age = 23
Total appearances = 213
Total goals = 15
Total assists = 10
Goal ratio = 0.07 goals per appearance
Assist ratio = 0.05 assists per appearance

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conclusion:
Ndidi at 23 is already a better player than Mikel.

Data assumptions:
Note the data gathered are club stats for both players right from the known beginning of their professional careers. All matches are club matches. No national team appearance/matches were used.
