Honestly I don’t know because from the looks for it, it’s from summer 2021 which is July onwards

So that means people that started January 2020, one year Msc won't qualify.

As far you graduated from May 2021 onwards you are qualified! It says anyone that graduated during the summer or after the summer of 2021 is qualify!

No! it depends on your school! Some schools summer starts from May. Some schools wouldn’t even be in session starting from June in Uk. For instance our summer break in Teesside University will commence from ending of MAY.

Immigration does not follow the month your “school” decides to start their summer term from. That’s not their problem! If immigration calendar says summer is from May, fine. If it says from June fine.

There’s nothing to argue about here.
Let the guy just email the university and get direct information from there.

The month your course ended is not your graduation month. You can finish your course but not graduated. The month that matters here is your graduation month.

and the so called immigration doesn’t know that summer varies among different schools?

The plain fact is schools will gradually be going on break from May for summer holidays! The immigration are aware of that too!

If your course is end date is May 2021, your BRP will have an additional 4 or 6 months before it expires. According to the Home Office email that was posted, those who hold a valid study permit when the scheme is launched will be eligible

So, I think by summer 2021 (summer starts in June), even though you would have finished your course, you would still hold a valid tier 4 BRP. Therefore, personally, I'd say yes but don't quote me on that.

They have started this argument again.
Hosey and Justwise were hoarse last year.

Why don’t some people simply say: “I don’t know”

Ordinarily, if your motive is to benefit from the PSW, then why not go for September? Rather than be at the ‘edge’?

Why not start your program September 2020 to be sure. Also this coronavirus could delay lots of things. Start your program September 2020.

How will you easily sort out accommodation and get BRP from your school. How will you register in your school? Everyone is scared due to coronavirus and you have no one to ask questions from nor will you associate. I dont want you to have mental health issues due to boredom and staying at home lonely.

How can you pay that big tuition fee and be doing a course online. How will you even do any practical? Most flights are not in operation in May and have sacked employees. Many flights have been cancelled in May. Those that will be in operation are super expensive.

Start your program September to be sure. The uncertainty in May is very high. In some schools, end date in your CAS is the graduation date if you pass all your courses. But if you fail, then you wont graduate in May. But how can you fail your course, pay another exorbitant money which would even reflect in your transcripts affecting your job prospects because of PSW?

Your school is even suspicious. Most schools have postponed their May entry to July, September or October.

Potspone till September.

Lol. Just want to guide him.

Coronavirus is no joke. People are dying like play in the UK and I dont think lockdown will end soon. Most flights are not in operation in May and have sacked employees. Many flights have been cancelled in May. Those that will be in operation are super expensive.

Let us say as it is. No need of pretence so he can make good decision.

Why bring this arguement now? Nobody here asked you to send any email to Home office. Its already stated on the email why bring it here?

Some of you don't bring anything meaningful apart from argument.

Nobody even knows if you're traveling to the UK for studies. You are just everywhere derailing all travel threads.

Its becoming irritating and annoying.

I honestly agree with you..I know a lot of people like to plan ahead but its important to note that the program will start in summer 2021 we are still in 2020. The team implementing this scheme will set out all the criteria you need to measure with to qualify when it is time. The only benchmark given for now is the season and year.Arguing calendar, what is or isn't summer, what schools say or not won't matter when it is time to implement the scheme.

I did not send an email to home office.
I clearly it stated it was from Facebook and I put it here as people have been previously confused and asked about the 2021 PSV scheme. If it someone else that posted same, it wouldn’t be a problem but as I am the one, you will have to find a reason to attack it.

Someone asked a question from it and everyone answered according to their knowledge about it.
There’s no immigration expert or official here and I see no reason why one should agree with another’s opinion. That’s a personal choice

Plus It doesn’t matter where I’m travelling to eventually, that’s honestly not your business. Nairaland is an open place and one can join any thread they wish.

If you’re irritated and annoyed, it honestly sounds like a personal problem you should deal with alone.

have you seen a one year MSC that starts in January 2020 and ends in Jan 2021 .. …. I haven't seen a program like that. if you see one , then its best not to go for that option but ensure you go for a program that ends from May 2021
From Facebook ****

Hi all. There was a lot of confusion whether students enrolled in Jan 2020 intake are eligible for PSW. Some people said yes, students from Jan 2020 intake are eligible and some said they're not eligible and students enrolling for September 2020 are eligible. So I decided to drop a mail to home office on 16 April 2020 and got a reply today i.e on 28 April 2020.....
Next time learn how to lie you hear. You stated that you sent an email to home office on April 16,2020 and you got a feedback on April,28th, 2020.

Now you are saying you got it from Facebook, do you think we are joking here?

We don't know your aim on this travel thread. Justwise needs to watch you, you are just looking for who to fight with so they can get blocked but I won't allow it.

Allow people who want to travel engage themselves.
