Some may be using Nigeria name. So, it's left for you to choose.

Finally, i wouldn't advise you to use your personal email for outbounding especially your Registry email address to avoid stories when locked out of email.

Specificity is important. What's the agency dealing with? It doesn't look appealing to me.
