Like I said some days back, cooking has become more of a burden than fun and this lockdown has really been affecting me mentally (reason those hate speech got to me).
Well, I think it's time to take a huge break from cooking, food photography and social media. Everything has been overwhelming. As my sub expire tomorrow, local boy is going on temporary leave. Culinary art and food photography is one of the major reason I come online. It's time to focus on poetry and reading.

I suggest u look at those online bullies and their posts through the prongs of a fork and imagine them in a jail cell. At least their mean words shows they are prisoners to their own misery.

Maybe u actually need to spend some time offline just to relax ur mind, maybe u don’t. Whichever u decide going forward don’t take to heart mean words from random people online.

Dont forget to commercialize ur culinary skills, use it to make money while trolls on the internet continue to experience rumble in their stomach after logging off the internet

Food styling, Photography, Plating and cooking are things that get into your system as a chef and you can't stop doing them, because is what make you.

In this line of occupation, you gonna need those negative and positive comments, mostly the negative comments to make you better, stronger and also to gather more ideas..

Know that not all friends gonna say the truth to you, even when some knows you're not getting it right, main reason you gonna need others opinion as a chef.

There is this America restaurant close to my house, we always insult them and laugh at the staffs, telling them they don't know how to cook.. Most times you see some of us eating there.. sometimes we hardly get a space to seat and eat. cheesy

As a chef, those negative comments sometimes makes you stronger....

I woke hungry, struggled to workout, now I am hungrier. Let me just cook a notorious jollof rice.

I have succeeded in defrosting my tomato paste. Someday I will write a letter to whoever invented the microwave. It remains my best kitchen gadget. grin grin
