Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

God will bring every work to judgment whether it is good or evil. And we know that under the sun is the place of judgment

Ecclesiastes 3:16
And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.

Under the sun is the place of judgment
Under the sun is the place of righteousness
Under the sun is the place of iniquity

God will bring every work to judgment, but we must have it at the back of our minds that under the sun is the place of judgment. Nobody goes to heaven or hell when they die, hell is not a fiery furnace somewhere in the skies, and heaven is not some funny place in the skies where we will be singing hallelujah forever.

Heaven is right here on earth, it is reward for good deeds. Hell is right here on this earth, it is reward for bad deeds

OK. Since I gave a simple explanation and you did not get it, I need to know your thoughts on the Bible as I do not want to cast pearls before swine. Also, I do not want to provide cannon fodder for idiots to attack God's children with.

So, tell me, do you agree that the Bible is infallible and you accept it wholly and absolutely as the Word of God?

you have no reasonable explanation to offer simply because your theology is faulty.

You created this topic but have you been around dying people before or witnessed dying people at their last moments? Even if no other piece of evidence exists, I’ve witnessed, firsthand, dying people around me, my late mother and grandmother inclusive, and they all seem to suddenly be happy at where they were going to at the point of death and they are nearly always never willing to return to earth.

There is an afterlife (several realms of it), brother. Christian heaven and brimstone hellfire don’t exist. However, Christians call the afterlife Heaven. Fine if they do so. Several realms exists in the afterlife and the way you lived your life on earth according to the concept of unconditional love determines each soul’s placement in the afterlife.

It may be hard to believe or get your head around this but the Bible isn’t all that accurate. The afterlife is starkly different from what is portrayed in your bible. I’m sorry to say this and it may be hard to swallow this pill. It takes a lot to break away from the religious conditioning we all went through from birth but it is inevitable if you are willing to.

Finally, read up on near death experiences. You probably have heard of them before. Recent medical advances especially in the west have made it possible to resuscitate otherwise failing hearts etc and keep the body alive to enable their souls return to them if possible. These are also firsthand stories of the afterlife and I implore you to read them. Anyone who thinks that all universal truths start and end in their religious books is doing themselves a great disservice.

This afterlife, is it reincarnation or once dead one just goes to this otherworldly afterlife realm?

Once dead. Remember, life on earth is a temporary existence. We don't belong here. We take up human bodies temporarily for the purpose of growing and learning.

So how are you sure that your late mother and grandmother are not returning or will not be reincarnating?

So how are you sure that your late mother and grandmother are not returning or will not be reincarnating?

Everybody's life journey is different and people reincarnate according to their needs and lessons, if any, yet to be learned. In the afterlife, there are sometimes 'soul groups' i.e. souls who have shared past life incarnations together and prefer to stay together. Or souls who are at the same level of growth/consciousness (i.e young souls, baby souls, old souls etc). Sometimes, they choose to incarnate together to continue their collective earthly experiences and if during the course of a lifetime, some exit earth before the others, those already dead may not reincarnate immediately and may choose to wait until any remaining member still in the flesh crosses over before their next incarnation, if any. In some cases, they often tend to exit earth at the same time or within short time-frames of each other's exit. My mom and grandma may reincarnate again depending on their soul needs/records, which is usually only available to each soul upon crossing over. One thing I do know for sure, my mom and I are soulmates. Our connection goes way back before this lifetime.

After death, each soul undergoes a life review. This is referred to as 'judgment day' in Christendom. However, this isn't the judgmental 'did you believe in me/send you to heaven or hell' by some angry God sitting on some chair. It is a loving, non-judgmental review of the life just lived, usually by a group of highly evolved spirit guides/souls, to see if the soul achieved their set purposes for that life, if lessons were learned, what their setbacks were if they didn't etc. This review determines their next lifetime and the circumstances of the next lifetime that would help the soul in achieving any failed lessons. Every soul, upon incarnating on earth, had set goals/life lessons it had to achieve for that life. Some souls achieve all or more, some partially, some not at all. If a soul shows repeated patterns of learning little or nothing over several incarnations, certain 'tough' lifetimes may be recommended for that soul's benefits. For example, a soul who needs to learn compassion/charity may need a life of financial deficit during their earlier years. This life may be planned such that financial abundance may come later in life but the soul needs that earlier experience of financial deficit to develop compassion for the less privilege and learn to give (charity) with true loving intentions when financial abundance later comes their way in life. A lesson once learned is learned. It is carried in the sub conscious. Such a soul who learns the lessons of charity and compassion will continue to have these characteristics in future lifetimes.

On the other side, 75 years lived on earth seems only like a second the soul was gone and back. Linear time as we know it here, does not exist in the afterlife.

Actually, it is not difficult to see that what you are expounding is like someone building a huge edifice based on the foundation that the Bible has provided. The Bible has already told us everything, every other edifice or supposed experiences is purely anecdotal.

There is no such thing as a otherworldly afterlife, because an otherworldly afterlife presents a fuzzy, undefinable perspective, it is romantic, but it is not realistic, and definitely not provable. Every soul upon recall from the body suit merges with the Universal Consciousness until such a time as the soul must return for another incarnation, when they have to account for the deeds or misdeeds of past life.

Hebrews 9:27-28 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Many people have interpreted this verse to mean that one only lives once, this is not true, this is what I call a ‘relational’ use of situations. This passage is only saying that:

As sure as it is that once after death is judgment, so Christ was once (one time) offered to bear the sins of many.

Judgement is right here on this earth. At every reincarnation, you must pay for the sins, judgment debts, and bad 'karma' of the immediate past life.

These are New Age Beliefs, there's nowhere you would see reincarnation or karma of past lives in the Bible.
Why are you twisting the Bible to suite your purpose? Are you one of those who believe in New Age Order?

Watch the tube video below and also other videos by pastor Ray Hagins, that is displayed when you
click on the link, do your own research about it with open mind (not religious mind) it's about the people that wrote the Bible, with verifiable facts to support his claims. The Bible you want to die on top of was written by some people, to enslave the mind of people.
Religion came from the greek word "RELEGARY", meaning to hold back. Do your own research, do not accept the Bible as absolute truth, the human brain was not created as a decoration, its was given to us by our creator for a purpose!

I wasn’t expounding on biblical stories. I only related to a few places in your bible, given your Christian background. No one religion has a complete picture or story of the afterlife, same as universal truth. No one religion has all universal truths. Your Christianity as practiced today isn’t the original Christianity as intended by Jesus. That’s a story for another day. Religions have bits and pieces here and there. Thus if you see any part familiar to you, that explains why. Universal truths are there for any soul to tap into. Unlike religion that is forceful, that forces you to believe in it, universal truths are never forceful. You don’t have to believe in them. Whenever the soul is mature enough to rise above man-made religion, it is always there to be tapped into.

Thus I’m not making any attempts to convince you of an afterlife. Your soul isn’t just ready yet for this information. Feel free to revisit whenever you’re interested.

Shalom.

It’s clear that you don’t know the history of your Christianity for if you knew you’d know that Christ himself talked about these things you mentioned.

Below is example of how devilishly and cunningly, the roman catholic church missionaries get people hooked on christianity religion.

Christianity enslaves the mind of its adherents, it reaches them not to think, but only believe! grin

What belief system do u practice?

I read one of your posts and it got me thinking.
My mum knew she was gonna die.
She was rushed to a hospital very far from my town and 2 days later she died.
Now, my question is how did she knew she is gonna die?

She sent for a friend to come to the hospital. Seems the friend knew how these things work.
My mum gave her an oral will for me specifically( my trado was like 3days ahead)and when she finished, this friend said my mum's face was very relaxed and plastered with smile. Then she closed her eyes. The friend is a nurse anyway and she said people who are good but leaving impromptu like that always know and they tend to finalise things before they die.
There are things only me and my mum knew this lady told me and what I should do in the future concerning them.

How does my mum knew she will die?
And the funny thing is that as soon as my people heard my mum asked that nurse to visit her in the hospital, they knew what's coming.
