I don't know the reason why the influx of Northern youth to the south. If they are looking for job, their ain't no jobs as well in the south. To me, they are just trying to become a burden to the southern government with the meager allocation given to them compared with those given to them.

I don't think turning back the truck is the best strategy unless they will follow the truck to be sure it goes back all the way to the north. I mean the truck can just go back a few meters or km and discharge the youths who will then come in singly on foot or simply try another western state.
The truck should be allowed in with everyone in it including the driver quarantined for 21days just to be sure. The driver won't try it again with the knowledge that 21 days forceful quarantine awaits him. The youths can be allowed into the society if that are negative, or sent back by with the truck, escorted by security operatives all the way to NC border at least.

lmagine, they just took them to Ogun-Lagos border! Of course, those boys are eventually entering both Lagos and Ogun and if they have Corona they are going to spread it. In fact I will add that the State government should intelligently find out from which state each of them came from and if possible find out who sponsored their transportation, which eventually the government should make public!

My question is what are they looking for in South.
The southern need to be careful with northern because they may become something else. This is how it started during Fulani time

I don't think any one was successful....even in Ondo state ...they were sent back 3 times....so there is no successful move .

People mostly from the south paid for those goods, turning them back to their point of origin, especially when they convey perishables like pepper and tomatoes could spell big losses for the Southerners. The North is not telling us something.
