I don't think turning back the truck is the best strategy unless they will follow the truck to be sure it goes back all the way to the north. I mean the truck can just go back a few meters or km and discharge the youths who will then come in singly on foot or simply try another western state.
The truck should be allowed in with everyone in it including the driver quarantined for 21days just to be sure. The driver won't try it again with the knowledge that 21 days forceful quarantine awaits him. The youths can be allowed into the society if that are negative, or sent back by with the truck, escorted by security operatives all the way to NC border at least.

Confiscate the truck and turn back the youth. The SW hasn't got the resources to support Northern youth.

Do you know that in 2016, I was accosted by two young Hausa boys, the lads that carry small wooden box....cobblers that should be 9 years max.
They were begging for money and making facial expression of proper hungry lads.
I was moved to give them money but on a second thought decided to pay for their service.
Long story short, the boxes carried these lads were empty.....like no even a small thread was found inside. They managed to run away but luckily I recorded all our discussion in my phone.
These guys are planting their people in all corners of Naija for reasons best known to them.

I want everybody to take notice that these people so called Northern youths and Almajiris are not the true representation of what they are. Rather, they are the Boko Haram Fighters disorganized by the current Military onslaught. I know their supporters will start writing rubbish against me though it will not eliminate the tact. Ponder over these: why are they often in large number? Who organized them? Are they from the same family and state? How do they get their connections? Pays their fares? Where do they gathered for the vehicles to pick them? Where are they going to? Who is going to accommodate and feed them? On who's expenses? Where were they before? And why now? Why are they hiding during conveyance? And many more? I need answers. Steps should be taken by the Southern Governors to curtail this now to avoid had we known!

This is very shameful and wicked..why can't they stay at home and get tested and properly get treated if they are positive..why trying to spread it all over the country
