No domain name has the certainty of selling quickly after purchase. Funnily enough, those names you believe will sell faster are the ones that will spend a lifetime in your portfolio.

On the flip side, if you're so sure that the name would sell faster, why not borrow to invest in the name instead nod throwing a GEM to others?
