you are good health, it just shows your sperm concentration is high. If you observed well you could have noticed the improved smell.
The human sperm takes an average of 70 days to reach maturity and other components of the semen can take like 5days. Get me right, sperm are produced everyday so at least you have something to ejaculate everyday but the concentration of healthy sperm is reduced and it's viscosity(thickness)

it happens that for sometime I have been having frequent indigestion and bloatness after eating and most times feel uncomfortable until I vomit. I went to a hospital and the doctor said is GOO but I shld go for barium test to confirm. He also ask if I had history of ulcer, which is the major cause And that if it's confirmed that the only solution is surgery.

Actually a psychological problem, just need to practice more maybe in front of your mirror and get a public speaking mentor that is easily accessible. This helped me during my college days. Does GERD causes numbness of the palm and feet, paralytic sensation in the face, nose and a feeling of wounds in the head when there's actually no wound all over the head, unusual dizziness and body tremblings...all these started since 3rd of Feb... Ran alot of tests and scan, the doctor diagnosed me of extreme stress and low HDL.. Docs in the house plz help out, my family believes it's a spiritual attack but I don't want to believe that,although I've been praying fervently and God is hearing them but I just want to know whether stress and low HDL could cause all these.

Good evening doc, Pls I have been trying to get my wife pregnant for close to a year now but all to no avail.

Good morning doctors and nairalanders. Two nights ago, I woke up to ease myself and realized I was cold. Fan was on though but I wasn't covered. Then I took a blanket and covered myself. I woke up with my whole body very very hot (no chills). I don't think it's fever but I might be wrong. Few hours later, my waist was paining me but it later subsided then came a very severe headache that lasted from Sunday morning to Monday morning. I didn't take any drugs. The headache has reduced though I still have episodes of slight headache plus pain in eye socket. I didn't take any drugs cos I'm against self medication. Please what test can I run to ascertain what caused that? Thank you

Good afternoon Doctor

So I've been sick for sometime now, since January. experienced weakness of the limbs(hands from the shoulder and legs), twitching and tremors including a peculiar headache (like something is been wrapped round my head) with a depressing insomnia.


I returned some two months ago and ran some tests including checking my BP(was okay)...I had malaria, a significant typhoid and hepatitis, I went in for treatment and was certified okay after series of test

But I was still having slight headache with pains inside my eyes(behind my eyes) with the occasional muscle weakness and a chronic knee weakness that increases if I stand after resting for a while and this burning sensation under my feet after walking for a while and resting

Also I don't feel balanced while walking as my knees and legs feel weak and unstable, there's also this connection between my eyes (head region) and legs while walking that makes me feel like I'm going to fall. but it reduces or stops entirely after walking for sometime.

PS: I'm a heavy phone user and I had this lifestyle change from a stressful one to a relaxed one before the onset of these symptoms and I'm 24

Hello Doctor, more than two months ago I sustained an injury on my left wrist while trying to lift a load up. I did not even realize I had any injury, it was about few hours after I started feeling a dull pain on the wrist. I felt it was not serious, so I did not do anything, thinking it would disappear itself.

Since about two weeks now, I noticed the pain is aggravating. It usually comes with burning sensation that extends to a part of my last finger and to my arms as well. I got a neurogesic cream to massage it morning and night, but it is not getting better.

Look like there is problem with one of the nerves in my wrist, or maybe it is ligaments or tendon problem, I can't really say. But I know for a certainty it is not fracture 'cos it is not swelling.

Whatever the case maybe, how do I treat this, doctor?

Doctor, please kindly look into this issue, the wrist still aches as I type, I massaged it severally, but the burning sensation and aches still there.

What do you suggest I do, please.
