I just met this lady and everything seems to be clicking. she just started a business after I gingered her and I had to patronize her. in the course I transferred some money to her to patronize her far more money than she was selling the Stuff so as to encourage her. The bank debited me and I told her I sent it.

Throughout that day she claimed not to have gotten the money. Then throughout the next day same story so the third day I went to the bank to receive the statement of account. lo and behold her name was boldly written and the bank people told me she has gotten it. I got very angry and sent it to her but I didn't tell her anything I just ignored her call.

A policeman asked for her number at the bank that he will question her. throughout these period I ignored her and I was just imagining how a beautiful light skin tender looking babe will behave like this. Then lo and behold today the bank reversed the money. I can't explain the feeling of disappointment.

Now she said she doesn't want to have anything to do with me again that she doesn't want wahala for her life. She finally picked after many trials of calling and she insisted on me leaving her life.she even said she's not doing business again. I don't know what to do.

Patience is a virtue indeed.

"I had a similar issue jst abt two weeks ago. I sent money to my girl in naija, though i told her that the money is for something special and she said ok, and after four days she was yet to receive the alert. I was not worried or disturbed, but informed the sender over here in Europe and he said he can't disturb his bank until we go inside our own back and find out what is wrong. I told my girl to do so, she went and they checked and told her that the money wasn't received. Now, my girl became worried and i told her to chill THAT SUCH MONEY NEVER GET LOST, THAT ALL WE NEEDED IS PATIENCE. The following morning the sender called to inform me that all the transactions he made for the past one week were didn't go successful die to transfer system error or something. So, that same day the issue was resolved amicably.

How would a bank revert the money cause she claimed she didn't see it? Once money enter your account, it is your money. Bank has no power to make any transaction on the money without your approval/decision. And if she returned the money it won't be as a reversal but as a normal credit alert.
Ah ah, do you people want to see women as being evil so much that you start commenting illogically?
Don't you have sense?

We are talking about a perticular person and just because the person happens to be a lady, you now generalize talking about women.

Does one lady attitude means all women attitude?

don't mind them, I once sent MTN 1,500 to my girl friend in the university days while she was at home because she travelled to her village , and then she insisted I sent her a used card, the normal me would just send her another card , but because I was hoping to know what really went wrong as it was during those days when 1500 card are usually well sealed , so I called MTN and I was told the number that loaded the card, I called another agent again and it was same response, then I told her MTN told me she loaded the card, BOoM!!! she flared up.

accused me of calling MTN because of calling card , I no send oo, she was a lair, this is about honestly and trust.
after then, I first load the card then transfer to her.
I later dumped the useless girl for a bigger offense.
It doesn't add up. He got a reversal, which means the lady really did not receive the money as claimed, but you found out she loaded the card. No, your story isn't the same.
Re: How A Bank Ruined My Relationship. by OmoOduduwa01: 3:40pm On May 24, 2020
@OP you really Fvcked up big time
For the fact that the relationship is still new, you ought to thread it gently.

The lady's thought is "a à tí ì ti ẹsẹ̀ bọ odò, ọ̀ni ti ń fà á"

Meaning, she's still new to the relationship, therefore it's too early to experience such

There are ways you could use to explain yourself to your girl

Haba!!! You still went ahead to report to a police officer... That's too much bros

Ogbeni, at least you have learnt to give people benefit of the doubt. Locate the girl, apologise to her and explain the failed transaction. Then give her the money in cash and encourage her to go ahead with her business. If you move on at the slightest misunderstanding, na you go move tire.

You are the person who doesn't have sense here or you really can't comprehend. Cos that's Exactly what I mean. That do you so much want to prove women are evil that you fail to see the lady has no fault here or fail to see when women actually has no fault or do not mess up? But why am I arguing with you if clearly with seeing (f) up there, you still think I'm a guy. Plus, it's one thing to read, it's another thing to comprehend. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Bros this is clearly an innocent mistake. You meant well. Sad that things went south before your relationship took a proper hold.
That said, keep trying to patch things up with her, admit that you were wrong not to trust her, and remind her that the bank misled you.
She'll come around eventually, but she might need time.
She's probably very disappointed and angry right now, and she has every right to be.
I hope this teaches you to handle things with more restraint next time.

Cheers.

you are small boy. Things like this get me angry. First of all bank didn't ruined your relationship rather it is the lady Jezebel that wants to play a fast one on you. You lack comprehension, it's clear you do. So let me simplify what I typed for your sake.

What I typed is that some people really only want to see the bad in women that they refused to see the good in them, appreciate them for their good deeds, commend their good act and see their kindness for what it truly is. Which is exactly what you are saying that not all women are evil and that women have good attitudes also.

But I shouldn't be surprised you don't get, because if you think it's possible for a bank to make a reversal of an already successful transaction, it's safe to say you really won't understand what I wrote earlier.

So no, you, not me is the one thinking with your anus.

This is a very simple issue over blowen by you. Haba! It's the bank we are talking about here. When my relationship was in the baby stage we had something similar, the money hanged for almost a week and got reversed the following week. I just kept telling her not to worry, you even gave her number to a police officer for questioning? That babe should run for her life.
