Can anyone recommend a software or app for sending email in bulk with mimimal spam problem and Google banning the account. Don't mind if it's a paid software.

I suggest you stand by your $250. If he really needs it. He will come back for it.
$250 isn't a big one.. after sedo's commission, you will be left with almost nothing.

I submitted it at Squadhelp but it was rejected. I will get a logo for it at Squadhelp, then submit it at contests for CBD product. Thanks for your advice.

I ill advice you to put nothing less than 799 if you want less price, if you can wait, if he threaten you with 200$, tell him that its going back to its original price and shoot it up higher. Then wait for the right buyer. He has likely seen your country as it is in sedo, he will believe anything go like geo domain. My opinion sha.

So I tried outbounding without price yesterday, for the first time. Was asked how much , i replied with the statement below and just received it was sold. Maybe I'll try that once in a while.
But it won't change anything, cos the price I'll quote will still be what i would have included if i added price to letter (my sweet spot is 250-399, depending on domain)
Note: don't mention metric if u don't have a good one at hand.

Get vpn on your phone/laptop , make sure its set to US/UK IP. Then visit this link --- https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us . If its not set to us/uk ip, the chat box will take forever to load.....
