That guy was just surprising me with his pictures he was boasting with back to back and His people are romancing and praising him, seeing him as their hero... I thought Yorubas had class but now I know they are just empty people, the "Federal Government help me" type.. They want to compare their junkyard to O-town, the LasVegas of Nigeria. Yorubas are simply foolish bro, keep giving it to them hard you are doing a good work kudos..

You want me to start going all over Ibadan to find out which properties are owned by Igbos, you sure say you well at all? grin I can authoritatively talk about areas like Iwo road, Bodija estates, Jericho, Dugbe areas where majority of markets and properties owned there are Igbos.

Kwashiman:
Ibadan is like 70% slum and filth infestation with brown roofs and ancient building relics littered about, and then 30% face-lift of ultra modern urbanization mostly in the GRA areas. Anybody that has traveled to or lived long enough in Ibadan can attest to this. Go to Bere in Ibadan, and you will think you just did a time travel to the 16th century. The prevalent ancient structures there all clustered up together with poor spacing and gutter rivulets criss crossing each square miles of slum is enough to make you book it out of there to save your sanity. Other slum areas place with mentioning are Dugbe, Sango, Eleyele, Aleshinloye, Molete, Felele etc

I was born and bred in Ibadan (born in Teju hospital), so I definitely know Ibadan like the back of my hand.
hahaha... funny you.
you are 20 percent right buh the rest of your words are total gibberish. you mean felele where I stay is a slum?
una no dey OK.felele that houses the best radio station in Nigeria.

you ain't even ashamed of yourself. telling us you born and raised in Ibadan. if Ibadan had been a slum all along, why did your papa leave his region and come down here?
ode oshi
Ibadan is a slum.you sef stay in your paradise and let us enjoy our slums in peace.

If you like cry from now till 2023, it's already an established fact that a good chunk of real estate properties in all the GRA districts in Ibadan are owned by Igbos. Your brothers on Facebook already wail and complained about how Igbos are buying up all the undeveloped lands and properties IN Ibadan, Egba, Ekiti and Ede, I have my screenshots of all their comments and suggestions of admonishing yolobas to wake up and stop selling lands to Igbos anymore grin grin grin.
