UACN is beginning to slide towards N5. The opportunity to invest the proceed from the sale of my land, as well as the dividend I received today from wapco is gradually presenting itself.
UACN announced today that they have fixed 15 of July as date for their AGM. No mention was made of the unbundling in the said notice of AGM.
Does it mean the said unbundling may not go on in July after all?

You said your mandate was active; I was referring to what you said. I guess you can only know your mandate is active if you have been receiving dividends from that registrar for same stock.

Oh ooo I bought wapco first time. Would talk to my broker tomorrow

Dear guru,

Please I will appreciate if you can kindly explain the meaning of this statement to me "final dividend in the sum of #2.50k per ordinary share of 50k, subject to appropriate withholding tax deductions and approval will be paid"will be paid by to shareholders".

This particular stick sells for N34/unit

For every unit of the stock you hold at current price of 34, you shall be paid a dividend of 2 naira 50 kobo.

Ignore the statement ordinary share of 50 kobo. 50 kobo is the nominal price for most listed stocks.

Meanwhile, withholding tax is 10% of the total sum of the dividend. So assuming that the dividend equals N100,000, you shall be paid only N90,000 while government takes N10,000; if withholding tax applies to your stock, which is most likely the case.

Uchetoba:
On the contrary I will be picking them gradually from Tuesday till the ubundling is consumated. Even as the price continues to slide towards N5.
Uchetoba:
Have you ask yourself this question, What about those bussy acquiring UACN shares being sold by the so called core investors or insiders, I mean 10 million UACN @ N6.80 = N68 million and 15 million UACN @ N6.90 = N103.5 million. Do you think those that are investing that kind of money into UACN are foolish? Anyway I can see that many are not intrested in the unbundling project. As for me I will receive payment for one of my lands on Monday. Since many are not intrested in the unbundling I expect UACN to fall lower so from Tuesday I will start biding lower for more. I believe That UACN will still go well below N6 before July.

Greetings everyone,

there is an opportunity currently open for people that will like to become Independent Managers for an FCA regulated FOREX brokerage firm.

You will be expected to make a minimum net deposit of $50,000 or trade 1,000 lots.

If the monthly target is met, you will receive $2,500 plus 2% revenue sharing.

Send me a private message if interested.

Thank you.

Yes, all the post you quoted where before the right issue was announced when I was yet to conclude my research on UACN. As soon as I concluded the research, I made it clear to everyone that the deal will favour the shareholders of UACN and that I was buying UACN. Below are some of my post during that time. at least I did not try to deceive anyone that the thing was not good.

The below post was the information I release here that made Agbalaowomeri to buy 100% UACN by December/January:

Yea. The question is were you called a deceiver or any such disrespectful names when you held a contrary view then?
Pa Emma has exercised maturity and wisdom by ignoring the e-fight you have tried so hard to drag him into. Not everyone will afford you that luxury.

Uchetoba is obsessed with UACN.
He sold his land for a stake in UACN. (A company he cannot control her fate)
He is a top ambassador of UACN.
He knows the A to Z of UACN
Mr. UACN on Nairaland.
Recruiting innocent investors to join a sinking sheep is a crime against the would be investors that will see redflags of UACN from June to September.

And again
If he can tell us the fair price of the shareholders holdings per a unit after unbundling, I.e in
1. One unit of UACN ( with final year EPs of #1.32 including the property sell, and 10 kobo dividend payment
https://m.marketscreener.com/UAC-OF-NIGERIA-PLC-10372751/news/UAC-of-Nigeria-UACN-to-Pay-Shareholders-N288-Million-Dividend-Despite-Loss-30459059/)
2. Six unit of UAC property ( with negative earning of - 612 kobo × 6 = -3672 kobo, no hope of dividend in the near future)
3. Half unit of UPDC REIT ( with q1 result of 16 kobo, all things been equal with expected final year EPs of 16 * 4 = 64 kobo/ 2 = 32 kobo)

What will be the total worth of the three in 1 unit holding of UACN after the unbundling door has been close?

Note
1. Let 80 kobo current price of UAC property not deceives one. Even if they give 6 to 1 unit, the moment unbundling happening, before your own allotted share will reflect, you will see the stock on 10% loss daily with fully offer no bid, till it reaches 20 kobo carpark with millions of offer continually. Meaning that its as good as not having a stock. in the area of #1.20 with difficult time to bail out.

2. UACN parent company going by 2018 EPs, is with 96 kobo EPs, in the area of #2 stock
3. UPDC REIT is expected to have about 64 kobo 2020 final, then divided by two to get half will give you 32 kobo, in the area of #1.7 because of high % of dividend they pay.

#2+ #1.7+ #1.20 (with difficult in bailing out) approximately = #5. like its over price with their current price.

But I still belief in the UACN and the unbundling project. Worst case the price will crash and I will average down and still holdon till the unbundling is done. I did not buy UACN because of what somebody said, I knew what I was buying.

Sorry about that, in stock you listening to people idea, but follow your mind. To be jealous when someone make 100% doesn't fit in, because that stock that gave him 100% might swallow your entire holding like in the case of Skye bank. Be content with what you have, and in sound stocks where you are, good fundamental stocks will always deliver.

As for me, there is nothing fundamental in UACN unbundling. It's only the REIT will be the better option to invest in.

NEIMETH has now returned approx 200% gain from the time we called it out here @ 38k !! cool
...yet it appears unready to "rest on its laurel".

We think that a 230 to 279% gain is feasible in the near term.
However, all those in might gradually consider booking their profit in line with their investment personality, horizon and goal.

It is well.

cc: @ OBAGADAFFI, Chibjohn, Charlesnipy and others.

Again NEIMETH now trading @ N1.61.
Should it close at that price, it'd be a maximum gain today. ...and an over 320% return from that 38k peg !!
As usual, the dude has also gone on its "usual tradition" of full bid !!
...Perhaps a 400% ROI may not impossible afterall.
