Few people have been refused a visa because of exchange rate fluctuation though i have also read from people who was given a visa despite the fact that their money dropped a bit on the day the bank statement was printedout.

A reference from a manager or equivalent that evidences the number of hours
worked and the activities carried out during that work. The reference must be on
headed paper and signed by line manager/equivalent, or an email from your line
manager’s (or equivalent) work email address
- Further information that outlines how you achieved these hours including the types
of activities undertaken in your role in preparation for studying nursing
- Attach a job description/role specification


Maybe you contact them for more details. They probably need you to show evidence or knowledge you have in the field like your past studies, designs, evidence of previous work experience or any documents that show you have background knowledge of what you want to go into

True! As long as it's regulated by CBN, it's okay.
CBN is the home regulator for the country (Nigeria) that the financial institution (your MFB) is in and where the money is held (Nigeria).

The loan letter (since it's not a student loan from the government) must state that the funds will be paid directly to your T4 sponsor before your travel to the UK and your maintenance funds will be released to you on or before you arrive in the UK.

IOM ikeja or Abuja are the only approved UK hospitals in Nigeria.
Yes, you get your result same-day. But, you have to be there early. And yes the result is part of the documents to be submitted.

Prior transaction history on an account doesn't matter for Tier 4 visa.
All you need do is to have/show the required funds in your account 28 days prior to your online submission.

Bachelor’s degree ( some schools accept Hnd)
Transcript
Personal statement
References ( in my case , applying for MBA)
Tuition fees
Proof of English (IELTS/ C6 and above in O’levels English)

I think some people are confusing conditional offer with unconditional offer.

If the uni request you to pay a fee or submit any document before issuing you a CAS that’s conditional offer.

An unconditional offer wouldn’t request you to do anything.
