Nothing is set in stone in domaining.. That Mr. A does not see value in a certain name does not mean the name won't sell. Mr. A probably has a set criteria for names he considers good names and that name does not fit into that criteria...
That said, any name can sell in domaining does not mean one should start registering any name he/she sets her eyes on because "any name can sell".

As u are sure Kapachumarimarichupako dot com will sell for hundreds of thousands, then wots stopping u from registering it?

Not necessarily if you register 5 geo domain names 3 or all would be sold.

Some are lucky to make their first sale with 1 or 2 names in their portfolio. Others even reached 50+ without a sale. You can register a name now the next minute it get sold and some might never sale.

Just continue registering like this three.

Mind you for every sale report you see here there are numerous names that didn't sale.

Though I dont know how you came up with the above conclusion but check those domains again and possible compared them with the selling keyword domains from namebio, you may likely have a different opinion of what short memorable keyword domains are.

The essence of asking for appraisal is for to ensure that i dont under/over price the domains and in case if there is something I did not take into consideration while researching for the name. That will guide in my next research for another name. You know in this business, one cant know it all.
