The embattled Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, met with Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel at Government House, Uyo, today.

Udom became the second Peoples Democratic Party’s governor Obaseki met today.

He had earlier met with Governor Wike of Rivers State at the Government House in Port Harcourt.

However, the agenda of the meeting with the PDP governors were not revealed to anyone but Obaseki is believed to be on consultation with them after he was disqualified by the All Progressives Congress.

Obaseki is a man that wont go down easily. I like him for that.

He is unlike some ex governor that is now being used as a standard for cowardice.

To survive the "Nigerian version" of politics, loyalty is very key.
These frauds called our politicians want people that would be loyal to them, and give them access to the vaults and scoffers even when they are out of government.
No Nigerian politician would like to associate himself with a snitch, an unrepentant mutineer and backstabber.

Obaseki's political career has been long buried. He should better hurry and join Dino Melaye in Nollywood, now that there are plenty of auditions going on now that the covid - 19 restrictions have been eased.

If I were Udom, my response to him would have been Edo is not Akwa Ibom.

PDP upholding him as their governorship flag bearer means they would still blackamail him with same certificate saga in case any discrepancies arises in future, that's if he eventually wins the election..

I remembered vividly last 4 years when Ize-iyamu and most Edo citizens(PDP) was screaming of how APC shared face-cap and handbands to only those that would vote for APC....Obaseki was smiling and nodding his head while Oshiomole was busy controlling midfield like Xavi, now body go tell am grin
