...a brief;

1) TRADE SETUP... pricing with entry/exit strategy consideration.
2) ASSET PROFILE... the identity and state of health of company.
3) REWARD... actual return in view.

An investor who seeks to WIN more should give more emphasis to the 1st.
Why?
Comparing 1 to 2(2 without 1)... better to buy a less healthy coy at a great price, than to buy a great coy at an "unhealthy" price.
Comparing 1 to 3(3 without 1)... better to conserve funds seeking capital preservation than to lose funds seeking capital appreciation.
...U can only grow(ROI in view) capital that was well managed and not that which has been lost.

"Dear Sir,

We sincerely apologise for the delayed response.

Kindly be informed that we do not have your signature specimen on our records as your shares were purchased through secondary market, presumably without the completion of a purchase transfer form. We hereby advise you liaise with your Stockbrokers and execute a purchase transfer form with CSCS, as this will enable us process your dividend request.

Thank you."

Have u filled ur purchase transfer form? It is like each stock u buy at once need to be mandate by CSCS. Just mail ur broker, request for the form, fill and send back to them.

Sir , pls share the registrar contact so i can email them and if u hv any number,kindly include it . It seems like all this registrars needs some chasing around before u can get paid .

Since the pandemic lockdown Nigeria government are really trying in FAAC distribution between Federal, state and Local government, they maintain track record in payment of their workers salaries. And the money being share since January are always on the high side far above my expectations.
This real keep banking sector in business, because all this transactions passes through the bank, including workers spending transaction, and off front salary access granted to working class in form of pay day loan.


The q2 of banking sectors might likely not be bad as expected.
