Go to the trip and click the help button, narrate to Uber that U did not have change, quote the exact amount you collected from rider vs the fare amount, Uber will do the +/- for you wit a message as confirmation.

Or those people that will order for a ride and then take you through like 3 stops and still ask for you to pause the trip.

Rider: please pause the trip lemme quickly buy something
