I don't know if this is the right place to place this, I bought solidworks 2018 software it comes with 4 disk but installation prove to be problematic, I even tried pulling all file and folders in all disk into a single folder, it runs for a while but later crash. Any opinion?

Take it back to the guy that sold it to you and tell him to help you install it.

Those 4 disc, 5 disc etc software are always give people tough time, I always advise my clients to tell the person that sold it to do the installation.

it's a screen touch same thing happened on the screen anytime d keyboard malfunction.
The same key works at d same time.
Escapekey and few others key work and wen I boot into bios they all work.

The screen and d keyboard r in tandem.
Anytime d screen keyboard works d main keyboard do d same.

Looks like your your touch screen is faulty BTW what's the model of your laptop?

The best thing to do is reinstall the windows or uninstall the touch screen driver and install another one.

If problem persist then your touch screen might be faulty.

from bios setting,i changed boot mode from uefi to legacy
so it comes with some with little writeup on pressing the power button
you may experience a slower startup tho(mine takes approx 17secs to boot now)

The default windows 10 photos viewer.... You know we have paint and others, tried making those default as well but no changes.

you supposed to be using that windows photo viewer, default windows 10 media apps, normally has compatibility issues, the photo viewer, video player e.t.c. That's why i do use third party apps like VLC players, team viewer e.t.c

when I switched it on, it showed BOOT MENU.

I took it to a laptop service shop and they installed windows 10 on it. and it was working.

I left it at home because of no light.

Most important thing is what do u intend to do with the system (i.e Are u into graphics, or u use heavy apps like building tech apps... Then u need a laptop with a higher features).
back to your question..
1. HDD size(Determine what u can store on your laptop).
2. Thickness or size (some people prefer slim laptops).
3. RAM
4. Processor (Core I7, Core I5 or core I3)
5. Screen quality.
6. I prefer Hp or dell. it's accessories are easily accessible (personal opinion though).
