An international student can't work as an uber driver as it falls under self employment and students can't be self employed under the Tier 4 rules.

She has a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Technology Education (Electrical/Electronics Technology Education), with Second Class Upper, from a Federal University. I would appreciate if anyone could assist with the right programme to do and maybe affordable institutions, preferably below 15k in a nice location.

Also, Is there a particular education programme that she can study or would a generic Education (MA) be okay? I have checked some schools but have been unable to see the right course. I don't want to waste my money.

If you don't mind, is there anything she needs to do in Nigeria before leaving? She told me she applied for the Teachers Registration certification but they haven't set the date for the examination yet.

I actually have admission to some schools, including Oxford University, but I am still contemplating if I should proceed as a self-funded student because I don't have the intention of staying back in the UK after studies. I have a job in Nigeria that I don't intend to leave anytime soon. I am just thinking of investing the money in the lady, because she has this hustling spirit and I feel that she would succeed if given the right platform. I need your assistance to make the right decision.

Latest early next Month,it ought to be this month but I guess there was difficulties due to the pandemic

Three months to your resumption date. If your resumption date is October 5th. Cas will be issued as from July 5th.

I got an offer from University of Chester for MSc Family and Child Psychology (actually the only school offering it, if am not mistaken). Personally the place suits me, I have gotten a list of mental health facilities around the area that I am hoping to work part time during school and full time when school is on break.

The Student Ambassador roles are HOT cakes in most Uni

1. Their roles depends on the department, for example if you are a student ambassador with Admissions department you will be involved with Open days in schools and talking to prospective student, Environment department will be promoting environmental events, International Office will be working with foreign students and so on.. It depends on your department. Nevertheless, you will receive appropriate training for the task.

3. Usually minimum wage , you won't get more than 20hours

4. How to apply will be from your school,when you enroll and have access to like a news page or announcements and so on.

5. Again its a really good experience, good exposure to UK working system, pending on the school you might do an interview, group work or presentation etc, there are some shifts that are really fun and then you could get a reference letter when your done

You don't need to panic as you will be eligible for PSW after your course end date so far you passed so you can stay for 2 more years and attend your graduation.

thanks for your reply.... I am less concerned about the graduation. what am concerned about is how many years visa will I need to apply for so I plan things like NHS fees because the fee is different for 1 and 2 yrs visa.

As in ehn, it's not beans. Naija theory test is a joke compared to DVSA's test. You have to just try not to let the Naija traffic driving spirit get into you. Cheers to passing it at a go!

No, I've just always found a reason to postpone doing it and my family is tired of asking when I'd eventually get around to it. Eventually kicked-started the process few weeks back though but no booked tests yet. My 8-year-old has not stopped asking when I'll start driving again since then.

it's a good course but you need to have a passion for it. It is always in demand, next to nursing.... you can Google for templates on personal statements and interviews questions.
Most Social work program have 3 stages-
1st stage course application,
2nd stage interview- Skype and
3rd stage written task.

Once you have passed all the stages, you are sure to get an offer. You will need to show or demonstrate care experience, paid or voluntary , especially caring for adults or children. So if you have worked in sunday school, community outreach or voluntary teaching of children in schools, it can be used as care experience.
