You probably do not know the meaning of the word POTENTIALS.

The beaches of Akwa Ibom and Cross River state have greater potentials for housing more exquisite resorts, and Akwa-Cross people are well known for Hospitality, and have the right sort of temperament to put together something that appeals to their personality: HOSPITALITY.

Let's not forget that their women are far more beautiful than Yoruba women. Eastern women usually are. Case closed!!!

Igbo land nko Do they have any

These places have better potentials than Banana and Victoria
FIrst of all, Akwa Ibom and Cross Riverian ladies are far more beautiful than Yoruba ladies. Their presence will help beautify the scenery.

Akwa Ibom and Cross River state are far calmer which makes for a far less chaotic area, ideal for such holiday spots.

The market will be there as it will be heavily patronised by local Akwa Ibomites and Cross Riverians, as well as people from Rivers, Bayelsa, Anambra, Imo, Abia, Enugu, Delta and Ebonyi states grin grin grin

International visitors will also prefer it because of the calmer less chaotic pace of life there
Spot on again boss

Let me ask what is the difference btw the longest shoreline and the longest coastline?
And why is wikipedia not captured ondo as the longest ?

The term coastline and shoreline are both boundary lines between water and land. The term coastline is generally used to describe the approximate boundaries at relatively large spatial scales. Shoreline is used to describe the precise location of the boundary between land and water.

Here is a better esp.
In the pics below, the shoreline is the edge of the Sea.

The coastline is the next land close to the sea, as you can see they can't build a resort centre along the sea.
That's why resorts are being built on the next land (Coastline) close to the sea

Don't worry, when an Igboman becomes the president of Nigeria, or when we get Biafra. A lot of potentials will be developed in Igboland.

For the moment, as God has blessed we Igbos with some of the most beautiful women in Africa, that is a thought I find satisfying grin grin

If I change that market scene picture into black and white I can claim it was taken during precolonial times. The pictures are beautiful, but from my stint of touring the country I know they won't live up to real life expectations.

The information is quite eye opening. Which of these Islands and beaches actually have access road that could be a greater potential for tourism development?

How can one access the Deep Sea Port location from Uyo.

I am interested in investment opportunities.

For now only 2 island can be easily be accessible through vehicle though its won't be easy but you need a villager or anybody from Ibeno to direct you. The only one easily accessible is Okourutip island and its has a very long bridge that was suppose to help contruction company access the rest of the island..you can find pix below. To gain access you need to arrive Ibeno first and you be advice on what to do.

To access the deep seaport again you need to travel from uyo to Ibeno bar beach in terminal then tell any body to take you to Okposu Island 1&2 ..again is not easy to access but is worth trying.

Buying any property for development I will advice you go to the ministry for lands and water resources in Akwa Ibom state and inform them.

Find attachment of Okourutip bridge to one of the closes island below
