Then you need to modify your letter.
The way you phrase the words in your mail will determine where it goes.
Avoid using words like "sale, market, price etc"

Delist the domain from afternic if you have listed it before and relist...If your Domain is 60days old... Afternic will automatically send a message to Namecheap for you to accept.

most probably, check your rejected domain list.
