Fill the part containing the company details, then the "Transfer to Transferee" and then only your signature at transferee's Signature
Hope this helps

When confused, your part of the form are the shaded parts except the part for the company details.
The number of shares should be the number of quantity of shares the company you bought at one transaction.

HI Guys, I need some help with Morgan, been calling customer care but I can't get through to anyone

I'm trying to fill the stock transfer form for Morgan, which are the important parts to fill? company name, my name, CHN number. Is there anything else?

Also, where do I sign? transferor, or transferee?

@ojesymsym i think it's always better to allow them fill it for you.
They mostly tell clients to sign the transferor's side only. The number of shares he may believe he has might be more than what he has, in case of hidden bonus issues that are yet to reflect in his portfolio.
I also don't think it's the transferee's section he should sign.

I get your point, but I filled like 3 of this form a few weeks ago so my memory is pretty fresh. Moreover, they had to call me on phone to guide me on how to fill the form properly after the first one I sent was not up to par.

He can send whatever he has, they will always correct him if there is anything wrong with it.

Anyway, like I said, things may have changed from the time I last submitted same form. I only sign and send to them as advised. smiley

Never invest on TA but Jijo on TA.
It only show bullish or bearish signs.
In other words,it's P &grin.

I disagree. It does much more. I'm not a proponent though.

Key to stock investment is FA.

Loco doesn't invest money @ our own NSE but he only does Jijo based on TA and sentiments.

The FA helps to locate good stocks for short term investments .

Posterity would not forgive me if I see atrocious antecedents and fail to lend my word of caution to whosoever would adhere to sound caution.
I've been an ardent longtime follower of this thread, albeit a silent one as I have a firm view that stocks are traded with a long term perspective especially since the year bros Dangote and that Ette lady did kalo kalo with my stocks and made them rubbish.
This VAP [which we have termed vapu in the FOREX thread] is nothing but an overly hyped contraption that the infamous fellow has adopted to sway unsuspecting individuals to his web so as to finally prey on them. Even with the intraday intricacies of forex trading, the so called system has failed to show any viable potential in being profitable, so he has run away from that space.
More so, after attempting to further prove his system profitable without involving the sentimental attachment of trading his funds, he resorted to managing accounts of the unfortunate individuals that got attracted to the razzmattaz and embellishing of his few fortuitous predictions. Expectedly, they have only sour tales to tell of their experiences and that's simply because it's a very very very different scenario when you have real money to trade as against tales to tell.
I put it to you that this fellow has no liability invested in the stock market and even if you offer an ordinary stake of 100,000NGN to put his postulations to bear, he still would not be forthcoming. He would spew his hate and negativity as usual but that doesn't add to my tabs after my usual 1759 so it doesn't bother me the least bit. If he can't present his discount house where he has placed these so called trade calls produced by his Vapu system then I pity anyone that would use their hard earned 50NGN to trade 10units of Vitafoam shares with his trade tips. I resume my hibernation in my hole now cheesy

Hmmmmm.

Yes.

FA helps to determine if there is value in a stock at every point in time looking at risk to reward.
TA helps to optimize profit by helping to determine the right entry/exit point, trend, range, support/resistance etc. etc.....
I will advice every investor to seek basic knowledge of TA. It will help.

I have been looking to add to my GT and Zen for the past 3wks. TA did not allow me to buy immediately telling me those two will go a little bit more southwards for this period. Sometimes ago, I will rush blindly into the deal thereby missing out on a few quid.

Optimisation is the keyword here.

Be careful of transcorp hotels. It's highly illiquid.
The fact that they're going for right issue is even another reason to be cautious in dealing with them.
If you have insider or privileged info, you're very sure of it and ready to go a very long term, then you can go for it.

As for MTN, how many units does the 109.5M translate to?
Watch and allow general market direction guide your investment decision.

I guess CSL used FA to predict N15 for GUINNESS because in TA, any stock with 52 week low has higher risk of going lower until there is "strength"

...Loco, we've discussed the issue of TA at length in the past; @S007 summarizes it all. If FA tells you a good stock, TA can help you further to determine the right buy entry level.

Oga hope you understand my point.I cant argue what you stated above.

My own point is jijoists use TA to trade and that's where I belong now.
For stock investments that last longer,FA comes first.

Can you tell me the FA in Abc transport?
But the price is rising.
At the end it becomes p & D.

Loco is fully guided accordingly

Meristem stockbrokers has really disapointed me. I sent them a payment request since on Tuesday they debited my cash account and processed the payment, and even sent me a mail that my money has been processed. But up to now they have not transfer the money to my bank account. I sent a mail to them this morning but they did not respond, I called them and they did not pick.

I don't know what else to do I suppose to invest that money into ETH cryptocurrency since yesterday and now ETH has started to rally
