Ermmm, I have heard people say onion spoils the taste of soups. I have never tried it to know if it is true, but I would find it very weird seeing onion in any soup.

I am a Yoruba man, well cooked oha is my favorite soup in Igbo land.

Oha soup is exactly the same process with onugbo soup

Oha soup is one dish you will never get tired or eating

Best served same day it was cooked or preserved in the freezer

Regular warming though doesn't spoil the taste but better in freezer

The small leaves are always softer than the bigger leaves

Best with fufu, punded yam and semolina

When it comes to sweet soups,give it to the Igbos and Calabar people
