Two things you should do.
1. Request for Share transfer form from your broker. Sign the transferee side of the share transfer form and send or scan it to your broker, who inturn will process it with the cscs.
2. Download, Fill, sign and scan your completed e- dividend mandate form to the appropriate company's Registrar.

Make sure 1 and 2 above is received/acknowledged by your broker and the Concerned Registrar to be sure they received it, and it will be treated.

You better return her money to her. She should learn how to invest by herself, by mutual funds or she should do business with her money
