End trip on Bolt. N550. Rider didn’t have N50 me too don’t have N50. So I had to let go of N50 . Why on earth will bolt start adding N50 to fair. This guys just seat in the office and bring up stupid policies. While not leave it at N500 or N600.
You can do it yourself, you just did grin

It's normal for your rpm to go above 1000 if you just start your car when the engine is already cold. Don't go and fix it if it ain't broke

Through Korea to Lagos... Is it South Korea or north Korea...
Felicity0001:

I renewed my online but I used Benin City as collextion point. Paid 6k+ via bank, Under 2weeks my licence was ready, my in law pickes it up for me and sent it via Korea to lagos.

Lagos was charging 12k via online renewal plus long wait.

I didnt even know my licence has been printed and lying there in their office waiting for me to collect it not until I went to Sura where it was first issued to get another one since I thought the online was just a scam. They checked with my licence No and said my licence isn't expired yet. Gave me the pickup serial number and location to pick up.

I've been driving with it for almost a year now.

3yrs duration

By booking inspection on uber app, drivers onboarding is still taking place. Take note of that.

Saturday 11th July. Uber Greenlight Hub at Jabi Lake Mall Abuja still under lock and keys.Yes, they dont work weekends, but office confirmed yet to reopen.

Don't allow any tout fool you, Driver onboarding still suspended. Bolt alone are currently still onboarding, and even at that it's strictly an online thing.

Hello guys, please what is the procedure for renewal of drivers licence?

I read of a more effective way to do it and a moniker was shared...forgotten all those details.

Thank you.
I renewed my licence via their online platform. Did it on my phone, my wife paid 6k+ in the bank in benin and licence was ready in 2weeks.

Lagos was asking for 12k or there about as at the time via same online process.

I've been using it for rhe past 1year now.

It was a 3years renewal.

Please, I want our experience Boss Driver to advise on which engine oil to use for servicing of 2006 Toyota Corolla? Thanks in anticipation
I'm using Mobile1 synthetic, as a matter of fact i just did my servicing few hrs ago. The last time I serviced my car was January 2020 and I did about 12000km b4 I changed today.

One of the good thing about using Mobil1 synthetic apart from the fact that it will keep your engine in good shape is that it saves you cost.

Take for instance, had I been using yhe regular N4,500 mobile oil by now no would have done about 4-5 services which would have amounted to about 22k.
Oil filter=5h= 2000
Workmanship= 4000
Total= N28,000

You have changed either half engine or full engine in 4yrs while me I will still be flexing my engine like it just came

But with mobil1 I'd spent just 22-24k

Make the right choice bro

i guess the tracker will be on the car and they will be able to know your activities on Uber, so they will know when you are not on any trip and moving around.

Well they sha know how they will monitor their drivers but it will be unwise to restrict drivers to just Uber alone

I guess they have a deal with UBER, UBER might be subsiding them to improve their own brand, might be a kind of marketing for UBER it’s worth trying

For corolla, my experience is using Mobil 1, it's I think ₦4,900 or so in d mkt.
Everty 4 weeks, I drain the oil whether it is dark, sticky or not.

I put a new one with new filter.

I don't believe in keeping engine oil in a car for more than 4 weeks esp. If the car moves about daily.

If 5k monthly can prevent me from shopping for a tokunbo engine replacement, why not?
Okay, have you considered it this way?

N4900+500 (filter)+1000(Workmanship)= N6,400×5months= N32,000

Mobil1 sythentic @ N23k will serve you for 5-6months before a next change.

Your approach is nothing different from "pounce foolish penny wise".

I've some mobil1 Synthetic at my disposal shall so I can dash you one to give a trygrin

cheesy No be lie o. Sometimes I go a whole day without eating. It would be in the evening I remember I've not eaten especially when there are back-to-back trips.

Sometimes I just wonder, "what if this rider knows I'm very hungry and might switch off anytime, would you be so comfy?" grin grin

In all, we thank God...

Urgent one Family, I need a car to drive on Bolt/Mykab/Uber. Am dropping this one I drive by Monday. Owner sold it. I have been driving for a year now and I have paid out #1m+ as deliveries.

I wouldn't mind to try out again on HP if available but rental too isn't bad to keep the family institution moving.

I stay along Alimosho axis and am a responsible father of 3.

Please if you have an offer for me, kindly consider the Pandemic at pricing.

Thanks.

If the pic was taken at idle, then 1200rpm is much.

Reason for this is varied,, its important you scan your Car with a learned mech. Or scan and bring the codes here for folks to help you with.

But usually the culprit may be

Throttle valve (should be cleaned)

Mass airflow sensor (cleaned also with its fluid)

When last did you change your engine air filter ...

Some fuses ... etc.
I took the picture after i returned from ajah yesterday, after the day's hustle

Just remove the head of the battery daily and it will mess up their records, while you combine with Bolt. Or find a way to locate the transponder and disable wisely.

I forsee plenty debts cos of cash trips. But the POS will be in their account?

If they are in a deal with UBER, it means UBER will send all the good and nice jobs to them, while other drivers may get the surplus,
