Beremi:
Stop posting out of ignorance. PORT HARCOURT road the OP showed is an internal road in ABA. Do you even know what qualifies a road to be federal? When a road directly links two states that's when you call it federal road. The federal road that passes Aba is the Enugu-PH express road, that's a good example of a federal road. Get informed. This is what Abia govt has been using to deceive ignorant Abians.
You're even arguing about this. That Road has been in existence even before the construction of the Expressway. IT IS A DESIGNATED FEDERAL ROAD! Stop arguing out of ignorance. A simple Google search would solve your problem. You can't stay in Lagos and be arguing with somebody on ground. Stop it

Is that Port Harcourt road, Aba? I thought it has concrete dividers like Aba road in Port Harcourt? Unless of course they’ve been removed! Can any Aba person confirm?
That is Portharcourt road towards Ohabiam axis. You can see the buildings the governor defaced in the guise of road construction which he abandoned.

There are plenty places like this in Lagos too. Abia state has a dysfunctional government but places that you believe should be doing better are in similar or worse state. The Lagos badagry expressway is an eyesore.

The pictures are not from the port Harcourt road which connect to ohanku, the op would have named it well, the fault is from him

It is very obvious you are very ignorant about ABA. If you claimed that you know Aba, then you should know that this is PORT HARCOURT road that links Ohanku and not Enugu-PH expressway.

That's portharcourt road, the road has been like for over six years .
the current scammer removed the dividers, promising to construct the road since 2017. I am surprised to see the road in this form .

Charity begins at home
It is alright, the people should continue suffering because Ikpeazu is waiting for FG.
I tell people that share the same mentality with you Biafra can't be achieved.
During the Obasanjo regime, a particular governor built and repair the roads without waiting for the FG.
No wonder Abia state is so backward.

PORT HARCOURT road Aba is a state road. Stop being brainwashed by Okezie. There's no such record in the federal ministry. PORT HARCOURT road Aba is an Aba inland road that links Ohanku and other parts of Aba.

One of the major qualities of a federal road is that it must link 2 or more states directly. Get informed and stop arguing out of ignorance

Only bad governance?

where are the Citizens living in that community, can they not come together in charity and fix their own roads?
IGBO drug dealers and criminals posing as global businessmen claim to be wealth, can they not help fix their own states?
bro, it doesn't work that way!!

As long as I can tell, Dangote has never fixed any road out of charity because the government left the road.

If the people fix the road as you suggested, what will the government do with the allocated funds for the road??

Why do we have government??

That’s not an excuse my friend. If you’re in rivers state you’ll know that a lot of federal roads were done by the governor and later refunded to him. If ikpeazu wanted to do that road he would have applied and must have done it before now. So what’re you saying?
