I had to log in just to make this comment. See OP stop using all these face creams and the rest. They contain "corticosteroids" which cause "thinning" of the skin making it more susceptible to infections, that's why the funbact A did not work, but made things worse. If you want to be cured, go buy or prepare pure and preferably COLD-PRESSED COCONUT OIL. Apply it in the morning, wash your face in the afternoon with warm water and mild soap. Apply after that again, wash your face again in the night. Repeat consistently. That stuff will clear in a month maximum.

Also try to treat any underlying infections (its unlikely though since the rash is only around your eyes) by blending ginger, little garlic, little lemon or lime inside hot water. Add honey to taste and be drinking half a glass a day. It will clear your blood of any underlying infections.

Rubbing RETIN-A round your eyes is not advisable, it can cause skin sensitivity if you don't apply it well. I doubt it will work, pls go and see a doctor.
