Please is anyone else getting the "Balance unavailable" for the card when they check it on the UBA app? I made a successful withdrawal from pp to the card but it's not showing on the app. Its also not allowing a transfer.

I want to know if it's network or a unique situation..

Check your balance using the ATM machine. It should reflect if you made a successful withdrawal.

Thanks. I did exactly that. The balance showed. I tried a transfer on the app again and it worked even when it's still saying balance unavailable. So I guess it's network.

If you have an email attached to ur account, UBA must have sent u a welcome message when u got the card, just check ur headline of the email...

Also for Pos and atm to decline the card means the card hasn't been successfully activated,Fund your account and try changing your pin again..Check the paper that was use to wrap the card for the default pin, input that pin first then put ur new pin and make sure it's successfully changed..You can try check ur account balance to confirm if it has been successfully changed..
Please am having the same issue. I was able to link my card but I wasn't able to complete the rest. I get this message..Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.

Does it mean that i need to fund my account before it will be linked fully cus i have no money in that account now

Isn't that obvious? You need the equivalent of two dollars in Naira there.

I just applied, failed the first test then had a go again and got the second one. Stuck on the rules and video parts. How did you all get to understand all the do's and don'ts at first glance or you just went ahead to transcribing. Thanks

You do not get everything once. You make mistakes and learn from it. Also, you'll be required to ask questions on Slack and always consult the FAQ whenever you transcribe. Please, note that you'll be required to start with 1/2 A. M. as much as possible.
