Baba this is not my first tlc deal but there's nothing wrong in telling me the situation of things and not telling me your item will be available whenever its available while going about his daily routine and not giving a damn about others

The truth is it’s frustrating explaining everyday to someone who is aware of TLC and has the picker’s thread, if he didn’t disclose the picker then that’s a different case.

I also stop selling TLC recently, when a guy bought a phone from me, confirmed from the picker himself and is always on the thread to see update but still this guy will keep calling and texting me daily asking ‘what’s the update’

Permit me to share what happened between me and @shinner2010.On the 2nd of May 2020 I contacted @shinner2010 for the price of xsmax and we agreed on 3weeks delivery simply because of the lockdown hassles. The following day which was 3rd of may I made payment and we both smiled.lo and behold the Monday (4th) he said he has a extra iPhone 11 so he sent that one piece to me and I love the cosmetic condition so opted to get more items from him with instant and full payments.Fast forward to late May by then I was having total of 26 pcs of iPhones that I ordered via him. Remember we talk about 3 weeks delivery yeah?.week in week out each time packages lands he ignore my calls and messages and sometimes he even tells me he is driving (I don suffer) .at the end he will come up with stories.so after several disagreement he managed to deliver 16pcs remaining 10 pcs( 2pcs of x.....6pcs of iPhone 11....2pcs of xsmax). Ever since that time he has been making promise and failing and on Thursday he made a promise by Friday all the items will available that all his backlog items has been cleared.so I decided to wait not until yesterday when I was meant to collect items.he did the normal way ( not picking calls for hours)I knew something was about to happen to I kept believing. .later at night he messaged me that twas only 2 that is available that he made a mistake of ordering items to one CHI boy address and the chiboy has been having shipping issues that I should wait for another two weeks for him to place another order for my items.digging deeper this morning is discovered the CHI boy who claims has been having issues delivered items last week even this weekend.
So claiming he shipped items to chiboys address is a lie or he should prove otherwise.so.many.that many has happened that I can't even remember.

Sirs/mas here is my plight oooo and that what I have been enduring for a while.let @shinner2010 come forward with real envidence if I have In any way lied against him or he provide my refund accordingly without wasting time.

You need to chill, if items are available for pick up doesn't mean it'll get to you in the next seconds...
Appropriate Sorting and tagging would be done at least for those that have TLC items... This is essential so that each buyer would be given the right item paid for without any mistake...
You should at least hold on for 24 hours before coming with series of post here.
You've waited for weeks, 24 hours or thereabout won't make you sick naw!

Good day house. For more than 3years I've been buying from Mcmayor to resell, he knows I'm a middleman(i don't own the deals i post). On Saturday i posted an iPhone 8+ 64gb for 165k on my WhatsApp status, a Nairalander owns the deal. Mayor saw it and ask who owns the deal, i ddnt reveal because i will be cut off. He priced 160k, paid and requested for more pics to send to his customer which i sent immediately. We discussed delivery Sunday morning and we conculded his buyer picks up at Omic's office Monday morning. Sunday evening he messaged again and told me his buyer ain't interested in the phone anymore because of the colour that i should refund. I message the seller, she said money has been used for another deal. I explained to mayor the development, he insisted on refund. I explained i don't own the deal, i can only refund if seller refunds me. I've been buying from Mayor for more than 3years there's no time i ask for refund based on reason within our agreement. Before i make payment to a seller I'm always detailed and transparent to my buyer to avoid issues like this. I don't joke with my peace of mind, i give all info to buyer before i seal a deal. Mayor later resulted to police threat and calling out on NL, i contacted few reputable people on this section to calm myself. The seller and I have bn advertising the phone, once it's sold refund will be made. Thanks
