Good evening @lionlee and my fellow brothers here. I just wanted to make a complaint concerning a TLC item I paid for to @twinskenny
I got an item (iphone xr) from twinskenny as TLC, made payment on the 21st of June, which is more than 3 weeks.still item never arrive. He first of all said item would arrive weeks ago. It didn't, later he said this week. But when lionlee items dropped, I asked him if I can pick up my phone. He then said, it didn't arrive this week. Which he told me it would, he even sent me a screenshot lastweek of lionlee chat, saying it would arrive this week, saying my items is among the ones he's expecting this week. Now he's saying next week.
I dont understand the games anymore, and I want this to be resolved. Please help me guys, i need my item, customer have been disturbing me. I need to be at peace

Lowkey I'm tired too, i just don't want issues. Made payment 16th June and I've not gotten my complete order. How will money multiply when it takes years to get items

I am the type that dont like keeping customer waiting or hearing complaints from them about my business, na me they know. Not Kenny or any deal hunter or any other party I dont have peace of mind cause of this. And I normally have phobia for such things.

Man can be sometimes rude and annoying.. I've been having issues with him since last year Dec..

For the first time in over 2years, I picked an iCloud locked iPhone 11 via him
he denied it wasn't his phone and asked me to pay 40k extra to get another,, As AGAINST the raw fact available on ground and the attestation by the Omic lady that that was the exact phone dropped, I took it in good fate since phone was taken out of Omic office already (even though it was returned IMMEDIATELY that same day as I got to office and charged the phone, it came with battery low)

I called in a respected boss here, to hear the matter, thanks to him, matter was resolved a lil..
I paid 40k extra for an iCloud locked phone, and still didn't get the phone ONE MONTH AFTER..

I had to request for a Refund which he did few days ago without back g forth thankfulky,, makes.. My funds both the full amount paid, and 40k extra used 60 DAYS with him, and I got nothing..
.
In summary, In the past few weeks/month,
I paid for FIVE iPhone 11
** ONE came as described,
** TWO came phone only with improvised earphones & charger,
** TWO got refunded for after many weeks of money hanging
.
I remember when I called in a boss to come in at the middle of this matter, he asked him to give me 5k off on 3 more deals as compensation for waiting that long, Oga rebuffed it outrightly when I mentioned it to him as I was about paying for a fresh deal..

He at a point INITIATED himself to refund me N8000 for 2 set of iPhone 11 that came NOT AS DESCRIBED. I agreed and man ended up paying N7000..
I was MAD.. Like wtf!!! I'm I a joke to you, you can't be at fault, decide tune at which I'm compensate d and still end up paying less..
Than Oga came and said I should even "thank him" for refunding 7k..
IT WAS AT THIS POINT I KNEW,, I MADE A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE..
This is more than A biz gone wrong,, I was simply in the wrong place and the wrong time..

I didn't bring this up before now, as I prefer to be low-key with my shiits and all..
But man needs amend his ways and come out straight with with his customers..

Am currently experiencing the same issue, paid 860k and got only 2 phones after going round lagos the whole day and none of them came as described. Had to beg one client to accept the phone and I refunded some cash and even bought earpods. Everytime items land the gist I would hear is that he his sorting them for almost 3days. Who does that? 860k haba na it's not fair. Since June 6th

About this issue of twins I know very few on this table of which I am too.twins has not been straight forward at all especially on this TLC mata.why will you collect money for 20 items when you know you have 15 items coming and funny enough he is always complaining lionee don't give him comprehensive update so he doesn't know what is coming.why will you collect people's money when you know you don't know what is coming.Oga twins I know you might not like this ooo but I don clear you my mind.its better to chop 20naira with peace of mind than Chopin 200naira in crisis.howfa shey my remaining piece of iPhone 11 unlocked from June 21 is available now

Imagine someone that sent his account number and I credited , telling me he forgot to add my orders to the list on his laptop. Almost a million naira. Since June 6th. How do some people even sleep? I've been very calm and civil in trying to handle this matter but it seems it's not yielding any result. One of the phones he gave me was even bought as AIN.

Paid twinskenny for a locked 11 pro(220k) since 16th of May also, shipment has dropped multiple times and twinskenny keeps saying item isn’t amongst he didn’t get my pro

Last week shipment dropped twinskenny told me to come to his office at Ojota spent over 6k transporting to Ojota and back home even went with the owner of the phone cause the guy was saying I got his phone and sold it, got to Twinskenny’s office he said my phone didn’t drop said I should pay extra to get an unlock pro for 350k so I would be paying extra 130k after Waiting for over a month told him we couldn’t pay he said we should wait next shipment that’s today, today shipment dropped twinskenny said there’s no pro again... normally I’ll ask for refund but after waiting this long I’m just blank

I have almost the same complaint. An iphone 7 plus I bought from him on TLC arrived last month which had issues and he asked for me to return it and a new one would be given to me the weekend after that (July 4th weekend) because he said a shipment was going to land that weekend. So I returned it. I then asked if I could buy TLC deals out of that batch that was coming that weekend and he said yes.
I made payment for 4 extra iphone 7 plus TLC phones on June 26th and when the weekend came, he told me he hadn't heard anything about the shipment, that he was made to believe it was landing that weekend. He told me that Lionlee was shipping it.
I waited and then when I saw that the June 25th shipment landed, I messaged him and he said it wasn't part of that batch. I waited again thinking it would come from the July 2nd batch but when I messaged him yesterday, he told me it will come from the next shipment.
I don't understand again because this is something that was I was supposed to have gotten weeks ago, yet I'm just here waiting till God knows when.
