Ademola Lookman is somebody else who needs to come to the premier league

Newcastle has a low threshold for quality players and just don't use thier finances judiciously.

Ademola is better than Atsu who is all speed and no end product. But Ademola need to prove himself at this level as well.

Newcastle will give him plenty opportunity to play and prove himself and or fail woefully.

Meanwhile that his £28 million transfer fee has to be recouped so I dont see Newcastle being too keen.

I can't talk too much about Spain because l have not had direct involvement.

But l have seen young African players with €25 million release clauses getting €2/3k euro a month in Portugal top teams.

Now for me the Spanish are first cousins to the Portuguese so l expected more but not a huge amount more.

I know they pay peanuts in the Segunda l had dealings with Cadiz.

I can't imagine Portugal first division to be anywhere near la liga in terms of their ability to pay reasonable amounts that their players worth

Villarreal players will definitely earn relatively more than Benfica players which makes the report questionable

I am talking in general not specifically about a single player.

I would expect Chuks to be on the least a minimum of €10k weekly

grin I know you hate K.Nwakali. You have never hidden that so it's fine. And uhmmm... He made Four appearances and might make it five by their final game of inconsequentiality.
Lad was still played despite not being up to par physically compared to his team mates who haven't been as inactive as he was before he joined the club. I would say, "cut the lad some slack" but then I remember... You just don't like K.Nwakali... and you are not alone. Una dey several. Lol... But it's fine. You guys are free to hate. grin I choose to believe in the lad.

And uhmmm, How is Huesca the most mentioned team on the thread? I suppose we have mentioned them here every day of the week for the past one month. cheesy

Fear of I told you so is tormenting some goons here. Nwakali will keep rising and when he finally hits form , hmm. Onye ifem na ewe iwe and Osondi Owendi na im I go dey play

You are clutching at straws to defend the indefensible.

Pogba was wanted by Manchester United to return and the delay was not in indecision and or posturing about him going to other clubs. It was simply the contract negotiations nothing else and it wasn't that long but most importantly with the one club in the discussion not multiple clubs.

Sanchez no delay just once again contract negotiations with Manchester United alone no other clubs .

I would not call these situations protracted and long and or in anyway similar.

You are trying to find a comparative situation to justify your narrative, sorry it fails woefully.

Pogba signed less than a week before the season started and u are saying it didn't take that long. There u go trying to shift the goal post in the most trivial of conversations.

It seems u just wait till time elapses and then try to twist history. Everybody knows Sanchez was supposed to go to man city. Why is it that u just want to be different?

After 5 years of football mediocrity he will hit form.

He can't even say he helped Huesca get to La Liga where you are called in to a game at the 89th minute. Particularly when you are not recovering from injury.

It says something very strongly about what value is placed on you as a player by the Manager.

You really cannot dress it up.

But of course the double standard favoritism shown to him is on this thread is incomparable.

You are still clutching at desperate Dan straws when you use Wikipedia. And shamelessly trying to change the goal posts. Post calling the kettle black.

What's the issue here the very dishonourable act of negotiating with one club and very dishonourably simultaneously engaging with two other clubs.

The pertinent question and issues is simply that Pogba was not flirting with three clubs at the same time as he was negotiating his contract with Manchester United.

There was no loss of honour and or integrity.

Forgot to add, How can you even bring Sanchez into the discussion. His contract was another to finish in a matter of months and he would go in a free. He had refused to renew at Arsenal.

To salvage matters Arsenal took in Mikhtarian from Man United. And if I'm correct Sanchez became the highest paid player in EPL history with a mind bogling £600k a week.

All of these examples have no similarity or comparison with the Victor Osimhen situation and all the posturing, claims and counter claims signing with one club but entering into engagement with two other clubs it's simply DISHONOURABLE.

hazard is 29 now and had a long injury spell this season so don't expect him to be what he was at Chelsea besides he has won almost everything in club football

He also has trophy this season and I cannot say the same for Messi grin

But Hazard is still a flop.

Just one league goal for Madrid in a whole season. Too poor for a player bought 100m and EPL best player

My thoughts also. Vic already agreed contract with Napoli.

New agent want big money. Napoli say no. New agent intimidate Napoli with English money. Napoli oblige. BOOM!

Why Osimhen change agent in middle of negotiation? Italian journalist already questioning his attitude and temperament.

Plan B is Ciro Immobile.

Am I the only one that read this with Jamaican patois accent? grin

Me likey.
