I planned a surprise picnic yesterday, first on my cooking list was Cold Rice


INGREDIENTS

●Rice
●Cauliflower
●Hot-dog
●Mushroom
●Parsley
●Maize
●Red bell pepper
●Black Olive
●Tuna
●Carrot
●Olive Oil
●Mayonnaise

1...After the rice is cook, turn off the heat and allow to cool down for some minutes.


2... Add all the ingredients up there and stir the rice after adding mayonnaise.

3.. Place it in the Refrigerator for like an hour before serve..

4 average sized oranges goes for ₦200 and above in Lagos. Thank God I'm not really a fan of orange /tangerine like that. It doesn't freak me one bit.

I think banana is cheap...about 6 piece goes for 100 naira. Orange, mango, strawberry and gooseberries are also cheap..fairly
