Good Morning Everyone.

Last weekend wildchild contacted regarding this issue on ground and I told him I have had a similar issue before, so he said he was going to refer the end user that got the pro max to me. Yesterday the end user came around to my office and I referred him to my software guy. On getting to my Software guy the first question he was asked was if the phone had been reloaded before and he said yes, so my guy had to refer him back to the person he got the phone from. Although my software guy still insisted that the issue was/is a software issue and never spoke about panic full. I hope both parties come to a resolve and find a way to settle the matter amicably.

Phone has been taken to an engineer at computer village,information reaching me is that no physical damage or water damage was detected!

But wildchild1 is insisting phone be opened up by another engineer in order to find out it water truly got inside.

Well oh well,I am not a phone engineer,I have told wildchild1 if anything or other damages happens in the process of opening the phone,I DANNYBRASKY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE!

Also i dont know the person that brought the phone, Wizzy picked up and he should return and the phone.

If anyone is willing to stand as escrow, money will be sent to the person now and once its confirmed no water damage, money should be released with immediate effect.

It's not even about satisfaction, freshboylagos is not an engineer, he just check the physical appearance and he said its good to go and he suggested we also confirm from a proper engineer for water damage.

Funny enough, i have told him to drop his account number, i also told my person to collect the phone from them without the engineer checking again make matter just go like that even if e don fall for water for dem hand, i go take am as loss like that. My connect now said his connect said he cannot drop the phone because he doesnt know my guy or something, and my guy is the same person Wizzy picked from. Before i know, this guy don come write for dispute thread, say wetin happen? make i dey fear or what?
