Pls I just bought camon 15, is less than a week but the issue is that is showing earpieces while there is none, is not allowing the phone to ring or make calls without putting on speaker , not even wireless Bluetooth. I took to carlcare the don't even know what to do after doing factory reset.

Pls I need advice on what to do. Can't the factory change it for me.

How we solve this.

this issue is commonly associated with the sub board,if it is being disconnected from the main board and the issue is resolved then you should just replace the sub board.but first check is there is nothing blocking the earpiece port.
Moreover that phone should still be on warranty and from what I know,carlcare should be responsible unless you didn’t buy it new.

just yesterday my Tecno L9plus started working very very slow.
Even to ype this message I have to spend several minutes

Evething thing is like in a slow motion. And also Any time I off the phone and restart it, it will show me this rebooting or restore factory options. I have to keep on Trying before it will be ON. And it will still be slow again.

Please how can I fix it?

I took to them but they did smart one on it,and convert the phone to techno CD 6 but still issues are there. I will go make case on Monday

Check under settings where you have sim cards options, check whether it's locked, then toggle to open it

Check if memory is low or maybe hard reset should solve that.
