My mobile data is not working on Snapchat and I have checked that data is turned on for the app I have also deleted and reinstalled the app but it is still coming up with could not refresh, my data is still working for every other apps... what should I do??

Please my pouvoir 3 air touchpad is misbehaving.
Started after i changed the screen, it works fine then after a few minutes the touchpad becomes unresponsive. It's not hanging cause the volume buttons and the power button with the fingerprint still work but the touch becomes unresponsive for a long while
