- I visit end-users website one after the other, copy the email, paste on my Gmail, send...if no email on site, I fill contact us form(sold one domain Tru dis)
- outbound generally can be stressful, even on laptop, especially when u are not getting response.

At some point people were reporting sales left and right, although sometimes people will report fake sales or copy past sale and report again to get likes or what not I don't know, the thing Ginger me to reg. My first domain name and started outbouding, I never asked one single question not because I don't have questions but as I'm reading I will see the question asked by someone else and different answers to the questions in different ways.

However around January before going back to school for my first semester, I have already done with the whole thread, I think it was around 934 pages, I didn't register any other names because I was broke, as a serious student I decided to leave the thread for a awhile and face my studies because this is my final year in school and I don't want anything to distract me although I visit it to be updated in my free time.

Fast forward to this ASUU strike and covid-19 pandemic I returned to the thread around middle of may, seeing people that I first started this journey Making sales, I used all the money I saved in school to reg. My top 3 Geo names I have jotted down before now which has plenty end users, I outbound tire no show and no money to reg another names.

Fortunately, for me I was one of those who benefitted from CBN N50m loan, I got 450k
And I said to myself domaining here I come, I started investing and praying for sale because I know just two of three sales I Will able to pay the money back.

But now I don't know what is happening, the money don day finish and I haven't made any sale or abi village people day on top My matter some will make offer and I after I accepted the offer they back out, some will ask how much if I reply they go mute

I have already planned to have my first birthday celebration this July 27th tommorow From the proceeds from this business, you can imagine my disappointment right now.

For SH, I have summited up to 70 names no one was accepted

Sorry for the long epistle and the typos, there's a million things I want to say but this is what I can come up with now, Maybe this will motivate someone.

Hi guys,
This post is a quick tip on how to pick and research GEOs. My bosses can also add theirs too.Picking names from ED:
Right from when I first stumbled on this thread, I have been keeping records of all the reported sales.
Now take note of all the keywords that have been selling e.g web, floor, lawyer, dentist, roof, rental, limo, service, etc. Head over to ED, under "contains" insert your keywords (maximum 30 keywords). Other filters are common to us all.
Researching names:
This has not been easy for any serious domainer. This is my own little trick.
Firstly, since I keep record of people's sales, I am kind of familiar with keywords that can sale.
1. Copy a name you feel is nice. Say, garagedoorrepairkaty/com do a Google search in this format, garage door repair katy.com
Now ur goals are to check how many end-users or companies are running this business. Are they using any of the keywords in their domain or website tittle? How many are using low quality domains like, hyphenated names, longer names, numerical names, lower extensions etc.
Please do a Google search with this domain I sold for $799, garagedoorrepairkaty/com
2. You can also do a Bing/com search or Google map search (map.Google.Com) if you are not satisfied with (1).
3. Try web.archive.org to see what the domain was previously used for. That is, If a genuine business was running with the name.
4. I do use hosterstats.com to know how the domain has been moving from 1 hand to another. How old it it. Whether it was listed for sale before or if this is the first time it's dropping.
Now keep this in mind with GEOs.
1. You need more names to keep the sales flowing.
2. Always outbound and do multiple follow up.
3. Try to buy what I call "must have names" for end-users e.g garagedoorrepairkaty/com These are names that can,
I. Add value to an existing business.
II. They can upgrade immediately to.
4. Buy names with many competitions. Not the competition on ED, the one you noticed while doing your Google search. You will notice end-users are fighting for your keywords, as a result some use bad names. Also almost all the first 5 pages of Google have listed the business according to your keywords in that location.
5. I don't really look at search volume, competition and cpc on ED. I am always after, "how many end-users are there".
6. While doing the Google search, you will notice which keywords is commonly used. E.g between "dog training", "dog walking" "dog Grooming" "dog sitting" etc. Try to go for the one that is commonly used in that location of your domain.
7. Though you are bound to register bad names sometimes, but keep practicing even if you don't have money to buy. Just watchlist them for experiment. There are exceptions to most of what I wrote in this post. You know some domain sales are just mind blowing.
Sorry for the long write up and errors, I dey write as the month dey sweet me. I know am not alone. Please, you can also tell me where I need to improve on too. Thanks.
