How is it? Is it easy to pass their test?(like QA) How clear is the audio there?
If you're looking for easy passing of test or clear audio, GoTranscript is not for you.
You can be a good transcriber and not pass the test after several attempts. It may be different for you if you follow the guideline and put in a decent effort. The available audios can range from terrible to fairly easy.
Bad and difficult audios (red files) can pay 100% more than the normal rate. So, you can expect up to $7 or $8 on a hard audio of 10 minutes if you're good enough, but typically betweeen $4 to $6 wink As for the easy audios, the lower your rating the longer you have to wait before you can pick any new audio (whether easy or hard). So, essentially speaking, someone with a rating of 4.7 will have to wait 7 minutes before picking a new file on the queue unless you have unlocks, which you can get by working on red files or blue files ( both are mostly difficult). By the time you've waited 7 minutes the easiest files would probably be gone.
Do note that you'll not be given any AI transcript to work with, and using third-party AI to transcribe is against the rules and can get you booted out.
The better you're at handling accents, bad audios and multiple speakers, the more the money you can make.

There is another feature that helps you reserve calls. You have to be among the top 200 transcribers for the week to get this feature the following week.

Yo, how far.
Pls in the test file, when they say "this audio is used..." Do you need to transcribe that and attach speaker 1 to it, or just leave it out and focus on the single speaker on the audio. And then no time-stamp, so just one long transcript, no breaks. And what do you do after that auto voice( this audio....) comes in again between sentences.

During mine I left out the voice and concentrated on the speaker and still passed. It's in the editor test also and never gets included.
Just concentrate on producing an accurate transcript following the guideline.

How much do you guys earn per month doing transcription? I'd love to explore this too.

Hello guys, please does any one here use the gtb dollar card for funds withdrawal from paypal? The charges for getting the card are much so I was wondering if there is a better option. Plus does paypal give a time frame for linking a card to your account? Will appreciate rapid feedback. Thanks guys.

You have got a smartphone, Data, and all you do daily is to surf Facebook and other social media without earning, it's not that OK. Spend Maximum of 5mins online and earn daily and withdraw twice a week.
Turn your phone to ATM and make money massively from the comfort of your house. Boompay is the real and legit platform that pays you twice a week by surfing their site. You can't afford to miss this opportunity.

Okay. So is it only the UBA Africard that works? I noticed that's what everyone seems to talk about. Or can one link the normal naira mastercard as well? And there's this requirement for a routing number. Is that supposed to be the same as the sort code? Please help a sister, I want to transfer my funds.

UBA Africa is the most popular and probably the easiest to get. You need a prepaid Visa card to be able to withdraw.

[quote author=hausadreturn post=80173644]Let's put this straight once and for all.
As far as I know, there're two ways to get your funds when QA World pays you:
1. You either sell the funds to buyers, that will buy at N250 to N310 on the dollar, or use a prepaid card.
2. Till further notice, and I'm not sure, no one has proven that they've been able to withdraw funds using the MasterCard. Yes, you can link. To link is that simple. But that's not what we're interested in. We're interested in the ability for the card to link, and also withdraw. That's where the Africard comes in, which is a prepaid card (different from the usual debit card) you'll get when you go to UBA Bank and request for it.
3. With that Africard (prepaid card), you'll be able to link, and also withdraw straight to the bank, which you can withdraw at any ATM machine of your choice. And with that too, you'll be withdrawing at the normal N360.18 on the dollar.
But don't forget, for any withdrawal using the prepaid, Paypal takes $5, which is about N1,800. So, the usual bet is to allow your funds to accumulate a bit, so that it'll make a little sense when withdrawing.

I already have a PayPal account that is already linked with a master card. can I still add Africard to it too?
