Kobojunkie: Some pastors (not all) associate with politicians and associating with such politicians doesn't translate to the Pastor being the problem of the country. Pastors associate with Trump. The archbishop of Canterbury relates with the UK prime minister. So, because a pastor relates with a Politician, it means he is the problem of the country? Lol. You mentioned that the Western countries are doing well in Infrastructure, science, Health care, Security. Etc. Did the Western countries tell you that those facilities were built by churches? You mentioned that Nigerian is only good in religion. Did the government of Nigeria tell you that the reason they can't build infrastructures is because we are religious? The bottom line is that channel your grievances to the proper channel. It is not the responsibility of the church to provide the citizens of a country what the govt ought to provide. |

gypsey: Channel your frustration to people you voted into govt. Yes, there are some people who calls themselves pastors but have done alot of evil in the land, but associating with a thieving politician is not a crime, unless that pastor begins to benefit from the proceeds of money stolen by such politicians. Jesus, while he was on earth associated with tax collectors and people you can regard as thieves. However, you can't use the wrong doings of some pastors to now say religion is your problem. Bad governance, not religion is the problem in this country. If religion is our problem, then countries like Japan, China, Saudi Arabia should be poorer than Nigeria because these are highly religious societies. The day you elect a church to govern this country and they mess up, then you can open your mouth to criticize the church. But for now, face the clueless govt you voted into power |

Kingproy:The curse comes as a result of sin, does it not? God in Ezekiel 18 is saying the one who sinned is the one to die.. No longer will his children, and children's children suffer the consequences of the sinner's action. the on who sinned will die. |

Meninmen:long story, so you agree that pastors are aquinted with thieving politicians, good! that makes them pastors crooks too. hence people criticise pastors as well as politicians. |
Re: Pastor Chris Oyakhilome: How Dare You Tell How Long We Stay In Church by Nobody: 10:49pm On Aug 01, 2020 |
gypsey: Lol. Keep hitting your head on the wall. The initial post was that religion (not pastor) is the problem in Nigeria and I clearly showed you how other religious societies are doing fine. I then told you that political leadership, not religion is,the problem in this country. Criticize Pastors, don't criticize pastors, that's your headache. But if you are waiting for them to build roads, hospital, provide security, then you don't know your left from your right! |

vingeophysicist:The government is wiser than the religious gods like Jehovah, Allah etc. God Almighty is not all these little beings you people spend your entire life worshipping. God Almighty is the TOTALITY of Existence and Jehovah, Allah, Ahura Mazda, Olorun, etc are just a very insignificant fragment of God. Even you are a god as big as Jehovah and Allah but you don't know it. The BOOK OF UNIVERSAL HISTORY enlightens us. https://www.nairaland.com/2938907/doctrine-ufos |

gypsey: I guess pastors are the ones telling your president to release Boko haram members? Pastors are the reason Fulani herdsmen are on the rampage killing? Pastors are the cause of Southern Kaduna Killings? Pastors are the cause of poor health care, poor roads, massive corruption. Pastors told PMB to employ all Northern Muslims in all security agencies (except Navy). Pastors advise PMB to continually borrow even if we cede the sovereignty of this country to China. Keep being a clown!

Meninmen:Mate! you don't get! do you? when did i ever say that pastors are the only problem? or that politicians are saints? Pastors who associate themselves with thieving politicians are also the problem, hence they should be criticised too! go back and read all my comments, i guess your loyalty and love for pastors have clouded your reasoning, you sound like an intelligent individual, why you would find it hard to get my point I don't understand. perhaps you are one of those who follow and worship pastors sheepishly Yes, i am a clown, but you keep responding to clownish comments still, you are very good at one thing though, been rude. but hey! it doesn't bother me. I wasn't even born in that shithole nor do i live there so it doesn't affect me. Ciao!! |
