Gevo to raise $50M in direct offering

Gevo (NASDAQ:GEVO) inks agreements with institutional investors for the sale of 38,461,545 common shares at a purchase price of $1.30/share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market, for expected gross proceeds of ~$50M.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Closing date is August 25.

GEVO gained 64.5% in yesterday's morning session after announcing the Trafigura deal. The agreement will lift the combined revenues from its long-term contracts to more than $1.5B.

Thank you @Oakpearl for pointing us to OSTK. I had intended to hold for the long haul, but i fell my hand last week when the price started to fall but i must confess i had a good run. I entered at $14 and got out at $89. Waiting for a pull back so i can enter again. It is actually a stock to own.

FOMOed back into Overstock (OSTK). Wayfair (W) another online retailer of home goods has a market cap of over $31B while Overstock is just $5.3B. As we all know, many people are using this period to refurnish their homes hence the reason why online home goods retailers like Wayfair (W) and William Sonoma (WSM) have been on a tear. If you've been holding this stock since Oakpearl recommended it, congrats, I got out at $90. Plan to dollar cost average my position if it drops to $90.

Investor sentiment for it is great with the fundamental structures they have been putting in place. As I no fit close eye buy Amazon for $3,000 na, I don sidon tight for this one.
Na my own Amazon be this.

The recent jump to $127 was due to latest analysts' recommendation that it should be selling at a target price of $140/share.

Armour Residential 7.54% (I will be cautious with this one due to poor liquidity as the daily volume is too low and could have you trapped when you need to jump out)
Gladstone capital 6.08%. Same liquidity issues as above.
Horizon Finance - Ticker symbol required to give the accurate company data.
Prospect Capital - Ticker symbol required as there are various prospect capitals listed on the exchange.
Oxford lane capital - Ticker required as above.
Stella Capital Investment - Can't find. Check for correct name.
Kimco - 9.8%

I actually expected it to have a bounce as the volume was massive; it traded almost a billion shares yesterday. What the whole NSE can trade in weeks lol. I mistimed the bounce and got in above $1.50, I set my stop loss at $1.4 and it hit it so I got out with a loss... I’m a trader. It’s actually holding up well currently and I expect a run later today tho I won’t be in it
